Documents: Tammy Daybell was still alive when children's remains buried on Idaho property
From this article dated Monday June 22nd:
Tammy and Chad Daybell sent messages to each other on Sept. 9 – on the day before the last sighting of Tylee Ryan. They read as followed:

• Chad to Tammy at 11:53 a.m. – “Well, I've had an interesting morning! felt should bum all of the limb debris by the fire pit before it got too soaked by the coming storms. While did so, spotted big raccoon along the fence. hurried and got my gun, and he was still walking along. got close enough that one shot did the trick. He is now in our pet cemetery. Fun times!”
• Chad to Tammy at 11:56 a.m. – “Gonna shower now and then go write for while at BYU. Love you!”
• Tammy to Chad at 2:47 p.m. – “Good for you!”

“I found the text suspicious because raccoons are normally nocturnal animals and are not regularly out during the day. It should be noted that from interviewing neighbors of Chad Daybell, we are aware that in mid-July of 2019, Garth Daybell, Chad’s son, told their neighbors that Chad had shot a raccoon out of a tree on their property during the day. Garth told (a neighbor) about the raccoon in response to a question from (a neighbor) about hearing a gunshot. (Neighbors) informed me that the fire pit in the back of the Daybell property was hardly ever used until the last few months.”

My guess is that the autopsies have given them a more specific idea of what to look for as the murder weapon(s).

While digging graves could CD hide bodies in the shed police were searching? Tying up Jj in plastic? Or Dismembering TR? I doubt if AC and CD did it in the open yard. Police may be taking photos? Looking for the plastic? My mind is going nuts thinking what is in that shed, MOO

I totally agree. Something went wrong there, but there’s no way it was a paintball gun. I think it’s possible the would be shooter had built some sort of homemade suppressor (silencer), and it caused the gun to jam or something.

Semantics, perhaps... not that the actual flight didn't take place (it did), but perhaps Chad wasn't on that flight? So it wasn't his flight to take, so to speak. So... "Chad's flight" didn't take place... Something like that. I don't know. It's getting late here ...

Sure, I get what you mean. It's fair to say she might not have been spelling out exactly what she meant, on purpose I was taking it at face value, though, that she's saying the flight itself didn't happen. I imagine we'll find out more if this new information she has proves correct.

Very strange analogy I am noticing here - the "game-like" quality to it all. A spiritual and physical killing at the same time, I wonder?

Strange!! I wish they'd find the pings to go a long with these incidents.

Who was the masked man and why be willing to take such a risk, only to miss like that? Maybe he meant to miss. Maybe it was only a spiritual killing. Speculating. JMO

BOUDREAUX CASE: Brandon Boudreaux has just filed a few responses in the custody battle with Melani Pawlowski, Lori Vallow’s niece.

Here are my takeaways from the new documents. Pages 1-3 show an affidavit of Gilbert PD detective Ryan Pillar. He’s investigating the murder attempt on Boudreaux from 10/2/19. In the affidavit, he calls Pawlowski a “person of interest” and not a suspect in the case. Pillar says Boudreaux never kept his or his children’s whereabouts from law enforcement. In October, Boudreaux was informed there were concerns over his and his kids’ safety. The day after the shooting, Pillar made contact with Pawlowski to let her know what happened. On 10/16/19, Pillar says Pawlowski contacted him regarding her kids but never again after that.

On page 4 in this post, Boudreaux cites Madison County Prosecutor Rob Wood who is the special prosecutor in both cases against Lori Vallow and Chad Daybell. He says Wood calls Pawlowski a person of interest in other felonious acts as well as the disappearance of JJ Vallow and Tylee Ryan who are both now dead.

Important to note there is a protection ordered petitioned by Natalie Pawlowski against her ex-husband Ian (now married to Melani). The order protects their two kids and Ian can only have supervised parenting time. Documents say since the renewed Protection Order on 6/5/20, Ian has not had any contact with his kids.

In another response, Brandon Boudreaux says Melanie Gibb (Lori Vallow’s former best friend) was told by Pawlowski that two of her own kids are “zombies.” Gibb is supposed to testify in the case. According to Boudreaux, Gibb also tells him Pawlowski allegedly said he went from “dark” to “zombie” and that he was once in Hitler’s tight group of friends when Hitler was alive.

The next hearing is set for July 1 in Maricopa County Family Court

Thanks for these. Hadn't heard the MBP as POI claim before (although it's looked likely for a while) I don't do FB anymore but expect this info will flow into other news stories before long.

My first thought was perhaps the plastic, although I'd think they'd have looked for that during the previous search. My second thought is that if preliminary forensics are available for either or both of the children, they might have learned something that has them looking for specific tools or substances that might have been used in the deaths of the children or the concealment of their bodies.

It’s interesting, but it’s not all that unusual for law enforcement to return to a location like this, with another warrant. There are a lot of possibilities for why that may be.

Not unusual but maybe something else was discovered or disclosed? I still believe someone else was involved in providing info for the original warrant. That warrant is still a mystery and still sealed. Could be they provided more info or another party is talking. It could also be they’re simply shoring up evidence. Very, very interesting though.

And IMO, MP is up to her eyeballs in this mess!
I really find it hard to believe that IP had no clue about this group. I think their marriage was arranged by CD and LVD. MOO
