I’ve seen NO followup on Chris Parrett who admitted in written public notice that Chad Daybell divulged everything and he feels vindicated. Was he ever subpoena to get the info? He has no 5th rights, he isn’t charged, but if he does know where the kids are, he is breaking the law

He’s declined all media interviews at this time. As of yet there is no public subpoena for the information he allegedly claims to know.

FOX 13 Investigates: Website associated with Chad Daybell and his followers shuts down

Updated: 4:13 PM, Mar 07, 2020

An internet message board associated with Chad Daybell and his followers has been shut down out of fear that its members could be excommunicated from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Users of the website Pathway to Zion say they are now being discouraged from talking publicly about their controversial religious beliefs with members of their own church.

The forum was run by a man named Hector Sosa, Jr., one of the authors who wrote books through Chad Daybell's publishing company.

Throughout the past three months, FOX 13 has spoken to a number of people who, in some form, have held beliefs similar to those of Chad Daybell.

Like Chad Daybell, Sosa claims to be able to receive visions from God. He has publicly defended Chad Daybell from accusations related to the suspicious death of his wife and the disappearance of his two stepchildren in Idaho.

Nancy Grace shocked by 'cult mom' Lori Vallow's courtroom behavior

7 Mar 2020

"Cult mom" Lori Vallow wore red lipstick and smiled broadly during her court appearance Friday, showing a seemingly callous disregard for her missing children, Fox Nation host Nancy Grace said.

In an interview Saturday on "Fox & Friends," Grace said she was "shocked" by Vallow's courtroom demeanor.

"In the last hours, the so-called 'cult mom'...just finally agreed to be extradited from Hawaii back to Rexburg, Idaho. She was just in court on that extradition and she didn't just show up -- she showed up in style with makeup, blue toenail polish and pink handcuffs," Grace said.

"And she took the time to curl her hair in cascades down around her face."

Grace added: "I'm not a fashion [critic], but while the FBI, the police, and the grandparents are ... looking for her children, she has time to put on lipstick?"

Idaho Authorities Allegedly Used Decoy Vehicle To Transport Lori Vallow

7 Mar 2020

REXBURG, Idaho – As authorities prepared an ankle bracelet for Lori Vallow ahead of her possibly posting bail, new details about the complex process surrounding her extradition from Hawaii to Idaho emerged, including the possible use of a decoy vehicle.

Madison County, Idaho, officials said they have never had a case like this before, adding Vallow’s extradition was quite an undertaking with a lot of risks.

To mitigate those risks, officials may have used a decoy vehicle to transport Vallow.

After the 3,000-mile trip from Kauai, Hawaii, and multiple layovers, detectives finally landed with Vallow in Rexburg on Thursday.

“The state plane was offered as our final leg to the Rexburg airport,” said Sergeant Isaac Payne with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office shortly after Vallow arrived at the jail.

[...]

KSL TV’s Garna Mejia watched as a van pulled up and the garage door was lowered, hoping for a glimpse of Vallow.

“So we transported Mrs. Vallow from our local Rexburg airport,” Payne said. “As you’ve seen we just pulled into our jail.”

Or did we see?

KPHO reporters captured a shot of that same gray Ford Explorer pulling in through another gate, where detectives quickly escorted a woman in black with blonde hair into the facility.

Multiple eyewitness accounts and sources connected to the sheriff’s office told KSL that Vallow was really ushered into the jail through the side door observed in the video with the Ford Expedition.

Now that bail is reduced, will Lori Vallow-Daybell get out of the Idaho jail?

8 Mar 2020

[...]

A bail bond agent, who’s not involved with that arrangement, broke down what it would take:

  • $1 million in home equity
  • $80,000 in cash, nonrefundable
Supporters may be pulling together to put their homes on the line, said Angie Proulx of Bronco Bail Bonds in Boise.

[...]

Another way to secure her release, according to Proulx, is what’s called a property bond. Attorneys and judges work out the details -- $1 million in equity in Idaho property is still required, but Vallow-Daybell would avoid the $80,000 charge. The process takes two to four weeks, Proulx said.

Of course, she could also put up $1 million in cash.

Chandler police would like to speak to Lori Vallow Daybell once she is extradited to Idaho. They're investigating the death of her ex-husband Charles Vallow. He was killed by Lori's brother Alex Cox in July.

Vallow and the two children lived in metro Phoenix for years.

Court records filed in Maricopa County Superior Court show Tylee lived in Chandler as far back as June 2012, when she was 9 years old. Joshua was adopted in July 2014 by Lori and her former husband Charles Vallow.

Joshua attended L.I.F.E Academy in Gilbert before moving to Rexburg, according to Fox 10. It's unclear when he was first enrolled at the school.

Dawn Antestenis, a spokesperson for Gilbert Public Schools, told The Arizona Republic that Tylee was enrolled at Desert Ridge High School between Feb. 8, 2017, and March 23, 2017.

Terry Locke, director of community relations for Chandler Unified School District, told The Republic that Tylee was enrolled at Perry High School on March 28, 2017, and finished the school year there.

Court records show Vallow moved with the two children to Rexburg near the first week of September last year, according to court records. Before their move, Vallow returned Joshua's service dog, Bailey, to Dog Training Elite Arizona in Phoenix on Aug. 30, citing "a change in life circumstances," court records said.

Joshua was last seen Sept. 23 at Kennedy Elementary School in Rexburg, where he had been enrolled for three weeks, the records stated.

On Sept. 24, Vallow told the school he would no longer be attending and she would home-school him, according to the records. Kennedy Elementary School officials told police no other schools requested Joshua's transcripts after he was withdrawn.

Rexburg Residents Speak Out After Lori Vallow's Initial Court Appearance

8 Mar 2020

[...]

Rexburg residents like Vicki Parrish Williams stood outside the courthouse, baffled about Lori Vallow’s missing children, 17 year old Tylee Ryan and seven year old Joshua ‘JJ’ Vallow. Both Tylee and ‘JJ’ haven’t been seen since September.

“If they’re fine, let us know they’re fine, and if not, let us know what’s happened to them because you know, as a mother I can’t imagine just leaving your children for any reason,” says Vicki Parrish Williams, Rexburg Resident.

[...]

“It’s hard to understand as a mother why Lori would leave her children, but it’s also an important issue for just women in general,” says Williams.

[...]

KPVI’s Deanne Coffin spoke to ‘JJ’ Vallow’s grandfather, Larry Woodcock as he was coming out of the Madison County Courthouse on Friday. He says that he doesn’t have an issue with the Judge’s decision to lower Lori’s bond.

“If they can put up $100,000 dollars cash and afford to lose it, then Lori can afford to come out of jail. It doesn’t make any difference. All I want is the kids. Where are the kids? Bring the children forward,” says Larry Woodcock, ‘JJ’ Vallow’s Grandfather.

“I think reducing the bail to a million dollars is alright. I can see the reasoning behind the five million as well, but I just don’t understand why she hasn’t, she and Chad haven’t said something about this issue,” says Williams.

And at the end of the day, still no answers to where the children are.

“I hope Chad and Lori will come forth and let us know what’s really happening,” says Williams.
