Anytime someone assaults peace officials or law officials, their violent history is always going to haunt them and that is very concerning that he assaulted peace officials. The chances of him even having a stable job due to those charges are also slim because now he is an absolute threat if convicted.

ITA. It's common sense. The goal is termination of parental rights of JC and AF so the children can be permanently--and safely--placed by the State. The goal of the Court isn't to spend lots money searching for the "real" father(s).

I may have missed this somewhere, but what is AF's hearing tomorrow for? I looked back at the timeline and it wasn't listed but according to the inmate list from McHenry County Sheriff's Office, he has a hearing tomorrow.

It is clear that something went wrong with DCFS's involvement with the family. However, I did want to note that being a DCFS investigator/case worker is a rough job. Many workers are attacked and assaulted. They are walking into less than stellar environments with no weapons or anything to defend themselves. In IL, there was a death of a case worker after being assaulted in 2017. This is not only an issue in IL. It is nationwide. I checked IL based on this case and posted the link. Assaults, threats made, etc. are happening all over. I for one, would not want to be a case worker out in the field. I would be requesting police escorts all the time, and maybe that should be a law, especially in the case when the case worker is going to take the child into protective custody.

This article is old but at least it gives some insight in to the issue.

I must have missed that one. He was her divorce attorney but don't think they married....they have different last names.

The judge has ordered a paternity test, after the birth and for Parker, as well.

It doesn't matter what JC and AJ state they are going to do the test, in order to terminate parental rights or establish who the father of both are, before processing to placement.

It has been mentioned several times in MSM that JC and AF were not married, ever. It has also been said in MSM that AF is not the father of this baby.

You would be surprised at what goes on in people's private lives and behind closed doors. Maybe I should have said "seemingly upstanding" guys. The fact still remains that as far as we know, at this point, the father could be anyone.

Craig Summerkamp and JoAnn Cunningham were married in May 2009. The couple shared no children and their relationship ended after Summerkamp filed for divorce in January 2012, Daily Mail reports.

While they were together, Summerkamp said Cunningham started complaining of body aches and got a prescription from a doctor to address the pain. Shortly after, his relationship with Cunningham started to sour, Summerkamp said.

“Our marriage started off well and it was like a switch flipped in her head,” he said. “She was a decent person, but then she got hooked on pills and it all went downhill super fast.

During their divorce proceedings, Cunningham became romantically involved with Andrew Freund, Sr. after he tried to console her in a Woodstock courthouse, Summerkamp says. Freund also became her lawyer, records show.

“She was out in the hallway moping and crying, and he […] went over and started talking to her. The next thing I knew he was her lawyer and it developed into whatever relationship they had,” Summerkamp said.

As part of their divorce, Summerkamp agreed to Cunningham staying in their once-shared home in McHenry. Freund also began to live in the home, Summerkamp said. According to accounts from police and others, the house smelled of dog feces and urine, had major bug and mold problems and appeared to have fires in several kitchen appliances

And, the father of the baby has the same rights as any other father, if the mom does not want or can not care for the child. Of course the father needs to be capable & we don’t know his ID. Moo

I’ve found several addresses for Drew. Do you know if he had vacated Dole, maybe staying over now & then?
Remember when the boys were examined at hospital & released to drew, he was asked to ‘stay in home’, apparently to safeguard them?
Perhaps he had moved to a location closer to his work to avoid lengthy transit, among other things.

These people were beyond crazy. They wrote a "shopping list" of items needed to clean up and bury AJ!

3. Garbage bags
4. Air Freshener

This list was found on the "missing" phone. Then, the Mother tries to state she wrote that list, as part of her "normal" cleaning schedule! Seriously?!

The only time this woman cleans the house, is after killing her child!

I can’t find a marriage certificate for JC/Drew. Idk how the rumor they were married started.

JMO, the court will take the biological father into consideration. He will have first right to the child, if the court terminates JCs rights.
The Judge will review and investigate the biological father, if he is fit then he could potentially take his child and go home. If the Judge rules he does not meet the requirements to be a parent, then they can either:

1. Place the child in the custody of CPS, who will provide foster care or temporary custody to an approved family member.
2. If he is really bad, then CPS can start the process, thru the court to terminate his rights.
3. Put the father a program (much like JC) with monitoring and give him Custody.

We are a government ruled by the laws of state and federal government. Child abuse laws are primarily enacted by state legislature.

JMO, Illinois law for child abuse is very lenien. They do everything possible to keep kids with the parents, AJ is a prime example why these laws are not in the best interest of the child.

Remember the court nor Judge can remove child unless they have violated state laws. Check for link at front of thread, the laws are posted by state. It does not consider a dirty house or drug abusive parents as a reason to remove children. It clearly defines the extent Illinois will go thru to keep children with parents.

That's why we are here today, because JC stayed just above the law.
