sometimes the tweet link doesn't show content for me so here it is: Richard Allen’s attorney on revelation in court today that second person possibly involved in Delphi murders: “If you read the probable cause affidavit it does not mention anything about any other person. That was news to us.”

Okay, well that pretty much shoots down my last post... :)

About 18 members of Abby & Libby’s family were in the courtroom.

Judge said she will review and write an order over the holiday weekend.

Source: reporter (Barabara Macdonald) that was in the courtroom on HLN

Lol - this is called sub judice in the UK and is automatic...

Prosecution clutching at straws comes to mind......
Well, if this was the arrest PC, maybe it was based on evidence from the search, so no other names would be necessary? What about the PC for the search itself? Is that part of what is being argued to keep sealed here?

It makes no sense that they want to keep it sealed because others may be involved. Then Media report that’s the reason why?!

Doesn’t add up!!

It really doesn't make sense. If there are others, go and arrest them. Even then, why trample over centuries of due process; the reason the "rule of law" changes slowly is because the philosophers who designed it understood that long-term LAW has to trump short-term CIRCUMSTANCE and should only ever be changed when it has to, not from a knee-jerk reaction or over-zealousness etc. IMO.
