IMO, the RL affidavit says that the FBI agent believed the girls didn't fight back, and the recently unsealed warrant affidavit says that LE believed RA led the girls to where he murdered them. The PCA mentions clothing from both victims being in the creek just south of where the bodies were found, but there's no mention of any of their shoes or clothing being anywhere else. And now we know L's phone was under her body. Statements can be interpreted differently, and I respect that.

JMO, but these young girls had an adult man pull a gun on them at the south end of the bridge and that was that. I would not expect them to run, or leave bread crumbs, or throw the phone defiantly so their kidnapper couldn't find it. They were children, by all accounts, and I don't expect them to have done anything but be terrified and compliant, and I interpret the document statements as supportive of that. Again, JMO.

When DG called L at 3:11, for the first time, that was 46 minutes before the "muddy and bloody" guy was seen on 300 (an hour after the kidnapping began). L's phone could have been on silent, I know, but the plan was for DG to call when he got there, so it's very possible her phone wasn't on silent, IMO. And DG did call, repeatedly, all while her phone was right there with them. The killer was apparently still in the woods, maybe still with the girls, during those calls. Maybe he killed them quickly and just stayed in the woods hiding that entire time, so wasn't aware of the calls, IDK, but I feel like all the signs point to L and A being wholly controlled and helpless against a grown f'ing man who likely knew someone was looking for them. It makes me angry.

Is this the dude who wrote a letter and it’s part of the document drop yesterday? He claims he’s seen and heard RA being abused in by staff and other convicts?

I hope this is a hoax and that prison guards and staff know better than to compromise prosecution by doing this kind of thing.

My next question is how does the judge propose to publish all future documents? Her site has them in (sort of) alphabetical order. So there will be no easy way to find them. I don't see why she just didn't make the actual docs viewable on the court site.

I've seen several like this one; so I know it can be done. Is it about money earned from people who have to either go to the county or buy what they want to see?

Leaving aside that I do think it’s extreme and unnecessary, how do any equity holders in the house get paid back?

I think it’s pretty widely accepted that RA’s wife is a victim here, so doesn’t she deserve any proceedings of the sale of the house?
Is it owned jointly or does just 1 person own it?

If you search by RA’s name, there is no result.
If you search by his wife’s name, there is no result.
If you search by the property map, their property says “no information“.
Everyone else’s info comes up fine.

There is an image of the shoe in the mud in one of GH's more recent videos. JMHOO
Libby was wearing black hi top famous brand sneakers. The black tennis shoe is sort of upside down in the mud with other debris around it as I recall. IMO, the shoe got bogged down in the mud and the muck. She was likely being dragged across the creek bed when her foot came out of the shoe.

There was a lot of evidence at the CS and we don't know half of it yet. What did he make them do? Strip their clothes off while in the Creek? In the end, I do believe he tried to hide their bodies, hide what he had done, by placing leaves and twigs over them. He had a little bit of conscious left.
Oh wow! I had no idea there was a more recent video of his that actually SHOWS the shoe! I'll have to look for it now!
 
There's not going to be a copy of the Note online to see if both signed the Note. Didn't look to see if both signed the mortgage but imo, I'd say both the note and mortgage were signed by both parties. If POA was given to the wife as someone noted previously then any equity would be returned to the wife. All of this is MOO.

There's not going to be a copy of the Note online to see if both signed the Note. Didn't look to see if both signed the mortgage but imo, I'd say both the note and mortgage were signed by both parties. If POA was given to the wife as someone noted previously then any equity would be returned to the wife. All of this is MOO.

It looks like the house was sold at sheriff's sale and that buyer sold it to the A's a couple of months later. I don't see an indication of a mortgage; do we know for sure if they had one?

Speculation: Since a sheriff's sale was completed, there would have been a mortgage then. Lender would have had to take it to auction after several missed payments in order to get the property back. MOO

It looks like the Careys defaulted, Kennedy bought it, sold it to the Allens and they paid off their mortgage in 2013?

Since RA is part owner of the home. Wouldn't his share of the proceeds go toward his defense bill?

Although recall he could not afford private defense attorneys though he originally tirned down state help. recall the letter to the judge throwing himself at the mercy of the courts?
He doesn't have to pay afaik.

I think it would have been impossible for her to continue living there..
