Since we're speculating...maybe someone gave him a ride, and he killed that person too and stole their vehicle. Otherwise you'd think that person would have come forward by now. Just a wild theory.

LE or probation officers can visit a felon at their workplace unannounced. (I'm not talking about the guy in question, just a general statement)

I don't understand this post.

Weren't the girls just in sweatshirts? Whereas he is in a coat and hooded sweatshirt? To me, they were dressed for different types of weather.

Maybe it worked with their schedule instead of worrying about appearances, they. Have a ton of tips to get thru per shift so maybe it's all they could manage

My guess is he was arrested at work because he committed a crime at work such as stealing from his employer. When I worked at a grocery store in high school two state troopers came in and escorted one of my coworkers out in hand cuffs. We all thought he had committed some horrible crime, and it turned out management got him on camera eating a $1 candy bar off the shelf and not paying for it. Again, not all police activity in the area is related to one high profile case. I'm glad I'm not a middle-aged white dude in Delphi right now. I'd be worried people might jump to conclusions and lynch me because I got pulled over for having a broken brake light.
