Oh my. I've got to admit that I am appalled. Wow, leg irons for a breaking probation offence for a DUI? I really hope that LE are prepared to lay charges in the murder then, since that seems to be what they are treating him like in public right now. jmo.
Yes- If he is not involved in the murders and is exonerated for that- I must say that I will feel very sad for him. I know that driving while intoxicated is horrible and he was actually given a gift to not go to prison in the first place after so many charges, and now he acted so stupidly and unwisely. I don't know why I feel so sorry for him- maybe because he is so old and saw him with his dog. It reminds me of my late beloved great-grandfather and his little white dog. Habitual drinkers and drivers cannot be allowed to endanger the public though. I wish someone so old could be on house arrest with an ankle monitor.
