Not sure if I can post the YouTube link for the interview w sheriff leazenby, but he didn't give much info one way or the other. It almost makes me wonder if the fact that there's no murder charges yet are bc FBI is looking at him for possible more connections/crimes? He's lived in several states, could they be trying to tie DN to multiple murders in addition to the girls and TW? Is this guy potentially a major state to state serial killer?

No it's not, this was not msm, but a diff guy posted 4 days ago. It was solely an interview w the sheriff. I'm not sure if I can post since it's not msm, but it definitely is the sheriff of Delphi, Tobe Leazenby on the progress of case.

I’m not posting to argue, but I’m wondering if this was the case, if they had enough to charge him in one instance, why wouldn’t they charge him and continue to build the other cases and charge him in them at a later date?

Or, to word it differently, if they could arrest him in a case where he might be held without bond, why would they not arrest him if they had enough cause or evidence to do so?

I must have seen about 10 mugs at least of this guy - enough to make up my mind. You must have seen them too as well as the Court appearances. I have not only gone by the mugshots and the BG info to make my mind up, but by the circumstantial evidence and lack of an alibi from KN or anyone else. I've said which one I think is the one most like the sketch . I don't need to change minds. You've said you don't think it is him because no one can prove to you he had long hair on Feb 13 . The sketch shows that to me. MOO.
Also, KN thinks the sketch looks like D so she would know what his hair looked like long and what his hair was like on Feb 14th when she took him to his check in so that is another indicator to me, that he had longer hair on or around 14th Feb.

i don’t always post but I read every post. I agree completely with you. I also don’t feel you nor I need to justify our opinions in this case. Clearly, if one wants only facts, they should just stay with LE updates. IMO, DN is the POI in this case.

Well, they haven't cleared/excluded him either. I guess I'm looking for a reason neither has happened yet. Some sort of LE tactic? Trying to get more info together? I feel the FBI is really taking their time for some reason. Just thinking aloud. [emoji846]I'd love to hear other opinions other than DNA is taking long. I think that sealed warrant gave them his DNA long enough ago to test. IMO

Well, they haven't cleared/excluded him either. I guess I'm looking for a reason neither has happened yet. Some sort of LE tactic? Trying to get more info together? I don't know why except maybe they were shot from a distance and the twigs/leaves (in the TW case anyway) were pushed over the body with the feet or a tool (hatchet?) I know they have said they have DNA but I don't think they have. The perp won't have the gun any more either. AjMO.

IN the FBI description of the BG stills they list both a blue jacket/coat and a hoodie.

I see, as I have from the beginning, a blue windbreaker with buttons over a hoodie. The blue jacket has buttons/ snaps that are partly open and look like they are bunched up or pulling. I do not see a dark blue zip-up w/ hood attached as DN is wearing in the pic with the child.

For people on here saying that sketch is DN then how come people thought RL was bridge guy for ages?

I think people see what they want to see, I don’t see DN in the sketch and think he is about 15 years younger than what the sketch shows.

DN 's wife even thinks the sketch looks like him. With friends like that who needs enemies and who am i to argue with his wife. :thinking:

If they have not been able to rule people out, not sure how an arrest will come about without a confession. DNA does not seem to be a factor as far as I can tell.

If this case has made as all crazy, I can't imagine what the families are going through. I'm so proud of the veterans who are escorting the children of Delphi tonight so they can feel safe and have fun. That should really spread. Love the idea and those vets.

If I remember, didn’t IN LE make a statement that they have DNA, but they don’t know whose DNA they have and they’re trying to sort it out? Maybe in the August Holman video?

It made me think LE doesn’t have bodily fluids and are working with touch DNA or DNA on litter (cigarette butt, etc). The litter would be difficult to tie to the murder (oh, the wind must have blown it there when I was out hiking). The touch DNA would be time consuming to sort through. The girls’ families DNA, their friends DNA, their classmates DNA all could be on their clothes (from someone borrowing an item of clothing, like a jacket you don’t wash every time you wear it; from a hug; from crowded hallways at school, etc).

I think the DNA is taking so long because LE is still sorting out who each sample of DNA belongs to and how it would have been found on the girls, whether through legitimate contact or through the perpetration of a crime.

All JMO.

I am assuming there was no SA . They have said they have DNA but cannot determine whether it is DNA that tbe girls or their clothes have just picked up (touch DNA) or if it is the perps DNA. If that is the case, how can they rule out if there is no match at all? The killer may not have touched them or what he did touch (phone, clothes) may have been tossed in the creek.

Ok so now we have the hoodie vs jacket debate.
So what do we call a zip or button fronted hoodie without a hood?
A jacket.
BG has on a jacket (no hood) and a hoodie, as LE stated.
The jacket looks like it is a concealed carry jacket with a gun in the pocket. This was extensively discussed in the Image thread and lots of examples can be seen in that thread. (Link is in post number 1.

well she went on the lam with him using her vehicle and bought a 22, the possible bicyclist murder weapon..
so yea, I'd want to distance myself too.
Why she isn't sitting in a cell is beyond me.
