Just had a thought regarding KN’s doctor’s appointment and whether DN was there or not. Often at OB appointments a note is written by the provider stating who if anyone accompanies the patient to the appointment. For example, KN is with significant other/husband/partner/etc today. I would think LE has looked into this but maybe not because of HIPAA or some other reason. Or simply the note on that day doesn’t say. Just a thought coming from a RN who reads OB notes frequently.

Welcome Kimbo. TY for your insight. I hope you are right. To your knowledge would a pregnant woman's notes show if her husband had been convicted of DV against her and in front of her other child, prior to her current pregnancy? Or would such detail not normally be recorded?

A long time ago, I had asked if it had been confirmed that they had crossed through the creek, and I was told to watch GH's video about it. Since it seems to be common knowledge that they did, could somebody supply a link to who confirmed it and when? Thanks

Many people have mentioned that BG looks like he's turning toward the east side of the bridge as he's walking and that the dark spot on the west side is Abby's shirt; is it possible that the girls were actually heading back to the north side to meet their ride when the video was taken. If so, Abby could have been walking on the west side too, and he was moving over to get past her. Rather than being off the end of the bridge, Libby could have been holding her phone low so it wouldn't be obvious she was recording. Has it also been confirmed officially that she did record it while taking/pretending to take a selfie? Thanks again.

As far as DN or KN's family members are concerned, I don't believe we're supposed to be sleuthing them. MOO

I'm not a fan of Dr. Phil - I don't dislike him, just not a fan. BUT many do watch his show, so I'm glad to see the coverage. If the bump in the national awareness is anything like the recent increase in posts here I'm certainly glad to see it. Still, I can't believe we have over 77 threads on this. I can think of many very well-known cases here where the combined total of several of them doesn't come up to 77. I'm out of theories at this point and just keep following here and internet searches for a possible break.

There are many things about DN that do insinuate he might be guilty. More than guessing, some of us try to take facts, coincidences and logic and try to figure out how it might all fit. It's not ridiculous. I find many of those on here to be quite thoughtful and thought provoking in their posts.

We have this statement of Alexis McAdams ( fox59 ) sharing new info and saying Libby took the photo/ video over her shoulder. If that was indeed the case, I would assume Abby was moving towards the SE end of the bridge:

Based on the shadows the girls and BG are at the SE end of the bridge. The creek crossing is discussed in the August Holeman interview in the media thread.
As a wife or brother was mentioned by LE I believe we can look at the family members of a POI.

I’m specifically looking for an MSM quote about the selfie camera. And if anyone has a link to an article which could prove this mornings discussion about the witness who saw BG in the 1:50-1:55 timeframe before s/he saw the girls is fact I’d appreciate that too.

I decided I should post links in the Facts post to items that aren’t general knowledge. General knowledge being things like they had the day off as a non used snow day, etc. For example, just yesterday posters were questioning if there even was *one* witness, let alone more than one and could Libby’s phone be the “witness”. Another poster linked to 3 places where words such as “multiple”, “more than one”, “several” etc have been used to describe how many witnesses there were. Additionally, it’s in the long version of the Holman interview. Twice. I think that’s where the frustrated post about people wanting more info from LE and not believing what LE has already told us came from. Adding links on the Facts list should stave off posts saying “we don’t know that”.

So, yes, I’m looking for quotes....

Edit: after scrolling down and seeing more posts, yes, I’m looking for quotes from LE (direct quote) or info that came from LE (ie ISP has told us...), or from a family member of the girls, like the info on the Dr. Phil show or news interviews with them. While I’m not opposed to linking to the Sun, I don’t want to link to a journalist’s opinion or creative embellishment. If the Sun had quoted LE as saying that the audio contained the word “xxxxx” ( creepy, stalking, whatever) it would already be in the Facts post. Closest I’ve found so far was Officer Holman saying BG made both girls “uncomfortable”.

It's not for us to prove anything. That is LE and the prosecutor's job. There is proof he was in Indiana the following day. There is proof someone very similar looking to him was in Delphi and on the bridge with the girls. (The video and sketch ). His wife thinks the sketch looks like him. His wife cannot remember if he was with her on that day but remembers the following day. LE haven't excluded him yet based on DNA, alibi, ballistic, forensics, or witness evidence AFAIK.
