And I found that interesting too....according to the agreement between his "agency" and the Anthony's, it was a CONTINGENCY agreement...

So has he been paid anything? Contingent on what??? I have heard of attorneys taking a case on a contigency basis...they get a percentage of any AWARD their client may win, right?

So what is it exactly the Anthony's are hoping to "win" in order for DC to receive his "contigency payment"???????

He said in his testimony and they said in their depos he hasn't been paid yet, but still works for them. I think Hoover was right , Dom has a thing for Cindy too.

As Muzikman (I believe) pointed out, only pages 1 and 3 were included....page 2 which some speculated spelled out the payment agreement were NOT included!! Hmmm...

One of the most disturbing things about the A's behavior (and there are many) is the fact that they would without hesitation let an innocent person go down for the murder of Caylee, knowing full well their daughter is the only one responsible. Denial I can understand, trying to pin the blame on an innocent I can not.

Integrity, morals, values something lacking in the DNA makeup of the A's. JMO.

I am still stunned and amazed by the PI's Characters of Interest List. While it was o.k. to have a list of people that are not desired at the memorial, this document while looking professional is very childish and offensive.

It has the look of a professional document, as if someone was pretending to be a PI and wanted something to look good, the choice of cast of characters is interesting but bizarre and, the characterization of them is both childish and offensive.

It as if someone is pretending to be a professional PI but it is not limited to professional threats but un-necessary slanderous comments.

This can be seen as childish fun as a private joke between CA and DC but I would be embarassed to hand this out, both from a professional and legal perspective. It is just a target list of prominent people they don't like with demeaning comments. As if JM, ZFG, LG or, NG was ever going to attend the memorial!!!!!

Yes, and I especially love the part where Dom implies that she is a dangerous gang member "gang tatoos" are mentioned by her photo on the list of potential threats at the memorial. Dear God, what a loose cannon is he writing things like this? Reading his e mails I see him as a train wreck and thoroughly fanning CA's fire. :banghead:

Please help me guys, is it Tracy that was working with LP and RD that is the same Tracy forwarding Leonard's e mails to Cindy? PLEASE tell me it is not so. Is this what Tony was warning us about that would come out soon about Tracy? I hope not. What is interesting is it seems Lee was forwarding all this mess to LE. Is that your understanding too? I can't imagine in my own family, but in this family it seems they work against one another as much as they profess to be united. If not from Lee, how did LE get all these, off of the computer searches, and if so, are we going to see all of the emails , comprehensive? WOW. The other day one of my clients was accidentally added on (like a conference call) to one of my conversations with another client on my cell phone ( I must have pressed a button putting the phone to my shoulder for a second, I am really not sure how it happened), it was sooooooo embarrassing. If all of my e mails were ever divulged, I'd be ruined, maybe even divorced. My best friends and I discuss very personal things that would offend our spouses, etc. LOL! Thank God I am not being investigated for anything. Since they had no idea these would ever be made public, we are seeing the raw, not ready for prime time, true people and they are not the Christian charity workers they present themselves as when asking for donations. They are a disgrace to that innocent beautiful child's memory. How dare they? That is how the good people of the jury are going to feel, outraged and it will NOT serve their daughter.

I got a great piece of advice years ago from a family friend who was also an attorney. He told me that, before I send out any correspondence or commit anything to paper, to imagine sitting in a courtroom looking up as the judge reads what you wrote. If you feel that what you have written will reflect positively on you in such a situation, then go ahead and send it. If not, rewrite it.

I have tried to follow that advice, both in business and personal life - as well as in "private" email and on message boards like this. I'd say that advice has served me well - as I have on more than one occasion actually HAD a judge read stuff that I had written!

You can tell a lot about a person's integrity by how they conduct themselves when they think people are not looking and/or can't see.

Thanks. BBM. ITA. As well as, there is never any expectation of privacy, emails sent across the Internet should be treated as being in the public domain as if they are being published since they can be intercepted, forwarded, etc, etc.

It is surprising how so many people are emboldened by the 'anonymity' that they feel the Internet provides them, when it does not. I intensely dislike people who act in one way publicly face-to-face and another behind-the-scenes. It is a pet peeve of mine so, for CA to be this way speaks volumes about how she operates in her private life. I like everyone and anyone as long as they are straight, be deceptive and I don't want to know you.

Not having paid that much attention to this aspect of the case now it has come to our attention that DC is trying to avoid a Depo in November due to that fact he says he was working for JB.

Yesterday I ran across the letter, dated in October 2008, where DC shook hands and wished JB good luck before parting amicably.

This should be interesting.
