How else are you supposed to produce fake tears?! Her nose is always red and not one single drop of water. Oh my gosh..."He grabbed my butt there." CALL THE POLICE.

I think that she is stealing a bit of storyline from Travis' young girlfriends' testimony.

He's from the sheriff's office...something about a secure place to meet? And then defense something about mistrial. Ms. Arias is allowed to do something that the sheriff's office doesn't want her to do.l

I read that he is an internist and certified addiction medicine specialist. Not a specialist in the human psyche.

BTW, did you know that psychopaths are overrepresented in psychiatry?
Not surprising but scary nonetheless. I see it as a means of self-medicating, or attempting to. (Same reason so many become drug and alcohol dependent.) My husband is a mental health nurse and several colleagues have had, or appear to have, some pretty severe issues all their own from what I understand. From drug dependency to personality disorder. :what:

He wasn't too affectionate at Sizzler. LOL

Me and DH are not affectionate at Sizzler. Especially with all the kids and families sitting around.

Kissing, petting, butt patting, would not be appropriate behaviour at a family restaurant. But maybe that's just me (being of the older generation). My mama taught me a woman should be modest in public :)

Her testimony about the unwanted anal sex where she grit her teeth and said "no, no no" was so offensive to me in the sense that she has the nerve to get up there and spew such garbage.

wait...the harvard talking head is an attorney and a pro wrestler???

:waitasec: I can think of 12 jurons in Pinellas County who probably believes this bull ...

And I will be :furious: IF this jury buys this bull ...

:moo:
Breathe in and out several times. Then just go to your happy place and remember the questions the jury has asked so far. ;) I truly believe they get it. And should they forget their way Juan will bring it all home.

He's from the sheriff's office. I believe I've seen him before - he keeps an eye on Arias and is now saying she isn't supposed to go in unsecured areas (like the judges chambers).

He is a handsome fella! :blushing:

JA: To my understanding we were boyfriend/girlfriend.

They were never bf/gf. IMO

I don't think so either. And I don't think that the sexual relationship they had was as ongoing and as often as she is now claiming.

I honestly think that Travis hesitated at first because alarm bells WERE going off in his head about if he should even consider having a relationship with Jodi. I think those few days he didn't call her back was evidence that he was ashamed of the relationship that Jodi wanted to have with him.

IDK why, but watching her today, her attitude seems changed. She almost seems tired of this whole ordeal.

Watching her watch the jury leave for lunch... I saw something in her eyes for the first time. She wasn't pleading for her life like she has in her expressions so much before. She looked... emotionless... I guess would be the right word.

IMHO

I'm thinking that her expression is what she thinks is the "traumatized" look for having to relive the awful sexual abuse again. I think it is totally for the jurors' benefit.

Two things I would like to note:
This is my own opinion but based on how JA acts like every single act of intimacy between her and TA was not mutually appreciated (she felt like a prostitute) I wouldn't be shocked if she claimed TA wanted to pimp her out to his Mormon friends. JMO

I watched her step down after sextifying and the camera 'froze' on her face. Many have pointed out the soul-less look in her eyes and I realized she looks just like John List! I think the poindexter glasses help there but that's what I saw. That same emptiness behind the eyes. Shudder!!!

They were arguing about the security of the courtroom when they go to the Judges chambers. The Sheriff's stance is thats not allowed for any inmate (I think) and they want her to go to another secured area during that time.

Someone else get what was going on?

Huh??? Re the security risk/concern----has JA attacked someone in jail or tried to escape sometime in the past? I caught something about 'sealed records'?

and who is this idiot saying TA GROOMED Jodi?!?!?! What an insult to true sexual assault survivors.

I had to dump my coffee. Moved on to the hard stuff. Pepsi. I need to go have a shower for realz :seeya:

I've never seen Jodi so nervous. Watch her breathing. I'll bet she's going into the actual killing today.

Yes, I think this explains the black suit. It comes off sad and dowdy, all that dark clothing. I'll bet this particular attire was chosen as a "body language" signal, to subtly convey REMORSE, SORROW & MOURNING to the jury.
