It just makes me sick to think that she would actually get in the shower with his body. That tells the whole story of who she really is!

This reminds me of something in the police report and in the crime scene photos. I'm positive JA washed off in the shower with TA's body now and even leaning to the shot first side. The reason why is the box that was in the linen closet. It had a watered down blood ring around the bottom two or so inches. TA's body was covering the drain in the shower which caused the bathroom to flood with the water from JA's shower. I'm sure the clear cup found near TA was used by JA to rinse off or to assist if she couldn't reach the shower head around TA's body well. Then comes the shot vs stabbed first debate. The reason I was convinced of stabbed first was the clean bullet casing on top of dried blood. If blood had already begun to dry when JA showered and flooded the bathroom the casing could have traveled to that position or could have been rinsed off in the process but the dried blood wouldn't have been washed away without some sort of agitation. JA never tried to clean TA up to be humane or anything she cleaned herself up before leaving to "grind" with the next guy.

Omigosh, I do not think she was mad at you! I assume it's just frustration that this comes up. In my mind it's something that is a real concern, so we should discuss it. Who knows, maybe someone will come up with something brilliant to offset that thinking, if it exists, in the jury members minds.

No way no how do I believe that she hopped into that shower with him after she'd massacred him to death. Yay Travis! I think he scared the living heLZ out of her when he didn't instantly die after her first assault. It's likely that he wasn't even clinically dead by the time that she had cleaned up and left. She did not hop in with him and shower...jmo

I'm kindof suprised that no one has thought of this yet, but, since we know the defense is trying to paint Travis as a sexual deviant they have a way of making that photo of Travis even though the hands aren't his. I would bet that they will claim that Travis is bi-sexual and that he had another man holding his male member when Travis took the picture of it. The defense may also claim that this was another way that Travis was abusive to Jodi since he knew that she was at a PPL meeting/convention thing with other folks around her that could see the pictures when she opened them.

Yes, thank you! Travis paid the ultimate price for whatever his involvment with Jodi was. So did his family. They are always first and foremost in my mind.

She has been in prison these past few years and just like Casey Anthony has adapted well, is keeping busy with her art and has made some friends. Hopefully this case will bring justice unlike the other case.

She hasn't made it to prison yet, hopefully she will be there soon tho and she will have a harder time!

She has been in jail awaiting trial for the last 4 1/2 years.

I know that Juan is a great prosecutor and probably has all of the information on everything in this case (I hope) but, does anyone think that the finger comparisons between Travis and The Penis Man should somehow be brought to his attention before he has a chance to cross examine her?

I know a LOT of Mormons very well and, if there is one on the jury, there is no way in the world that they will not believe that Travis was a hypocrite and that his behavior was damnation worthy, imo. On the other hand, I also don't believe that they would ever allow a pseudo-Mormon like Jodi to walk because, between the two of them, she was just as bad in some ways and far worse in others, and not really a Mormon anyway. In short, I don't think it's Mormon jurors, if any, that would be of concern. jmo

eta: any Mormon juror also would not publicly pronounce their sentiments about Travis unless HE were the one on trial, and probably not even then. also imo.

That's not in our control. It's up to the jury and the judge and whatever appellate courts she eventually appeals to (assuming a conviction, of course). And that doesn't begin to cover the Karma she faces from her murderous act when she departs this life.

Yep. ALL PAID FOR by the well meaning, hard working public. DP isn't even really Dp. The appeal process ensures that it rarely gets carried out. The only thing it does, as Travis' sister has pointed out in interview, is limit what she has access to (mostly other people) and other interactions.

I honestly believe the naked pictures found on the camera were staged by JA. The picture of her reclining on the bed in braids is off. The look on her face is a bit scary if you ask me. Her eyes are kind of crazed looking and creepy. And the picture is out of focus. Maybe because there's nobody behind the camera to focus the picture properly. :dunno:

Something is wrong with those pictures. Neither one of them looks like they were enjoying it. I'm sure we've all seen a *advertiser censored* pic or two, and the look on their faces is nothing like what you normally see ('nuff said ).

I would like to know what happened between around 1:30 when those pics were taken, and 5:20 or so when TA is in the shower. I think at some point he asked her to leave. Maybe after sex, who knows. She might have been expecting that. She had sex with him in order to trigger the rejection that she needed to fuel her anger.

I see that anger simmering just under the surface in that picture of her on the bed. And I think that's what Travis saw in that last picture of him in the shower. That's when he knew what she was truly capable of. People see different things in his eyes in that picture. I see fear and resignation. Like many others have said, that picture haunts me more than any other picture in this crime :cry:.

I don't agree at all. That is just a far-fetched statement that will probably get carried on through gossip and before we know it, that rumor will be floating around! There isn't any reason to come up with more outlandish statements about Travis. There already is enough going around!
