Abe abdelhadi was right on tonite. "I can't be mad at a dead guy who got bad information from a girl who was lying". He's the anti <modsnip>
Given that TA had remarked to Dr. Hiatt that JA was capable of offing him, it is possible that he feared her. Who knows, she may have physically threatened him at various times. However, when it came to JA, I imagine that TA was just as concerned with her potentially disclosing their 'unorthodox' LDS dating practices to people who mattered more to him than she.
IIRC, the Hiatt remark context was characterized by the slashed tires and her other "psycho" behaviors, so I'm guessing that her blade work caused him more immediate concern at that time than a firearm -- and he was spot on, as ultimately proved to be the case.
But this is all hindsight. The murderess knows precisely how she did it. And, other than obliging us with photographic evidence, she's not telling [the truth].
"My wish for St. Jodi of Arias is a one way ticket to AZ's death chamber."
Now, blow out the candle.

I think the one thing we've learned about Jodi is that if you give her just a little rope, the motormouth will jabber and jabber and jabber until you want to poke a sharpened pencil in your ear.
I bet she didn't shut up for a second, and also that the instant they stepped out of the car, they couldn't for the life of them remember a single thing she said.
You know, the more I think about it, the more I think Gus was involved with this in some way. I don't mean physically, but I mean with knowledge. Who were the two people trying to reach the detectives and the prosecutor- Jodi and Gus.
Gus has a chapter in his book about being bullied as a youngster that was strangely similar to the circumstances that unfolded between Travis and Jodi on the day of the murder. Gus was the one telling Jodi she was being USED by Travis. For the most part, others were just telling her the relationship was unhealthy or not going anywhere. Gus was the birdie in Jodi's ear, and he was manipulating her for his own selfish purposes which I think were much more sinister than we are imagining.
Why was he rescuing her in Vegas? Why was she meeting him to get a phone that could voice record conversations, on her way back to Yreka.
The timing of Gus's in person interactions with Jodi are very telling- timing wise.
Gus knows way more than what he is saying, and I believe that knowledge could get him in a great deal of trouble- not because of one phone call with only the info that Travis was dead.
I have my eye on that man- I think poo-poohing his involvement as a limelight seeking narcissist is very naive at this point, MOO and all that jazz. Just a sneaking suspicion I can't shake.
I think Beth during the Scott Peterson trial was fantastic, that also is my founded memory of Court TV message boards ... When Geragos parked that boat and all the CCTV message board folks, myself included it filled with flowers!

I don't believe Travis ever mentioned who he was talking about. I don't think Mr. Hiatt mentioned that but they seemed to know it was her. This could be why Jodi made the remark that Travis had told her to watch out for Deanna because she was crazy. My guess is they will try to make the jury believe the tire slashing, John Doe letter writing could have been Deanna and not Jodi because Jodi is not the jealous type. Remember, she told us so it must be so. Deanna was Travis' ex and she was able to come and go from the residence because she dog sat the dog when he was on trips. I imagine Jodi felt the same privilege should be extended to her and when Travis told her no, she was more than upset. If Deanna was still welcome in his home even though she was his ex, why wasn't Jodi extended the same privilege? Jodi was being pushed out and she did not like it one bit. jmo
and their assessment of JA was spot on.
When do you think Nancy Grace dare Gus to show her his fingers to see if they match the ones on Jodi's phone. I can see Gus setting Jodi up to threaten to expose Travis. I also wonder why Gus is in this.
I will be on the Levi Page Spreecast in a few moments.
10 PM Eastern to be exact. Our topic is the Arias Trial.
You can watch the spreecast RIGHT HERE
Why can't they trace that nasty e-mail? I don't get it.
Finally! Not impressed with dr drew's other juror though..
Any thoughts on whether we will get to June 4 testimony by end of day 2mrw or do yall think it will be Wednesday?? Trying to plan my work schedule accordingly!! (Thursday would be ideal for me! )
It was a letter, not an email. From the sound of it, it was left at her door. jmo
that's interesting Melanie
then again, she could've forced Travis with a locked & loaded gun to pleasure himself while she watched, so maybe there was no intercourse...this would really get even weirder if she had sex on his dead corpse
I seriously believe she was capable of anything while she was having a manic episode of rage mode
I hate to be blunt but it would be hard for her to force the shot of her genitals at gunpoint and she displayed obvious dilation from anal sex.
