yes (a P.I.) I am sorting through the photos, It occurred to me the nude photos of her in provocative poses were taken by her with the camera timer. She even took a photo of him at 1:44:50 where he is asleep. Her nude shots are before that so he was not taking them of her.
My original thought was she got there and he willingly engaged in sexual activity and there was consensual "whatever" that afternoon, but now I am not so sure what exactly went on.
Pretty much everything she says is a lie, especially what she really can't help to beat into the ground and make sure she has said over and over like she does not know how to operate his camera, she was not proficient at it. Why keep saying that? Then I realized the very provocative shots of her nude and from the back she took of herself and he was sleeping. So when Mr. Martinez says things like (and her attorney) then you took photos of each other) and she says "Yes" She is lying, he did not take photos of her? SHE took photos of herself and of him.
This is telling me she was either not getting what she wanted from him in bed this trip so she wants to document it for use later. Of course as an amateur photographer she will take any date stamps off easily so she can say these were taken any old time (certainly not the day of the murder) She took a picture of him while he is asleep and she placed the KY Lubricant bottle next to him. I fully believe that is staged. I'm not saying they did not use it for "something", but I now realized she staged these photos. If she staged them, then "why?" They are deleted from the camera so I am pretty sure it was "him" that made her delete the nudes. In doing that, she then knew how to delete. Later on, she deleted the two incriminating shots of him down and bleeding and the ceiling shot because she now knew how to delete photos.
I start by asking myself what is there physical evidence they had sex? No. Did they take their clothes off? Yes. Are there any photos of them in the shot together? No. Any with semen in the shot (on her, on the sheets)? No. Prior to this surprise visit to Travis in AZ did he visit his Bishop to begin cleansing himself of sins to get back on track with Church? Yes.
Would being nude in the room with her be sinning? Yes, but not a major sin, I don't think they had sex and I think that angered her even more that day. She always got that from him. Previously to this day, she was always able to get him to want to be with her, have sex with her. That day? I am convinced they did not. I think he was suspicious of her, I think he was not happy that he woke up and she took nude pictures of him, which he had her delete. I feel confident he did not go further with her sexually given the nature of the long email he sent her only 1.5 weeks prior. He may have rightfully figured she can't be trusted, she will get pregnant this time, my life will be over.
This is now 2:00pm upstairs in his room. Photos in the shower begin at approximately 5:20pm so 3.5 hours from the nude photos she took that got deleted.
The shower photos in my opinion are somewhat forced. Their day is over, she is actually dressed between 2pm and 5pm. He could be just trying to get her to leave, indicating roommates are coming back or he has to go somewhere. I can see her anger build as she was trying to find the right moment when she had him vulnerable. She may have contemplated killing him on the bed while he slept after she took nudes, but he woke up. She waited a few more hours. She was dressed and talked him into photographing him in the shower but they look forced to me. I am still not convinced he did not get in the shower and he thought she left but she didn't. She shows up in the bathroom door with her gun and knife, dressed.
There is no way with a gun and knife he would charge her, he'd be a dead man. All of the photos could have been taken at gunpoint. When she made him sit down and cross his legs he may have thought he would just be shot but she plunged the knife into him.
