The way I got it was that the prosecution attempted to interview him over the phone, implication being that they were not successful. This was in a hearing. Matt was supposed to testify about neck bruises from Travis, but she has pretty much screwed that up during her cross examination, since it was established that he could not have seen bruises over the phone. The. There is that whole other thing about her sending him coded messages so he could lie for her on the stand. The defense would still like to use him for something......but the prosecution has said fine, we would love to call him as well, so I think they are at a bit of an impasse. I think our buddy Matt is in a spot of trouble over all this, and he was very vocal about Miss Thing at first, but lately he has been as silent as the grave on social media.

I certainly remember Walgren! I couldn't speak to how he handled himself in the courtroom or his legal expertise. I spent the whole time thinking how he would look shirtless, chopping wood.

If I am ever in trouble my first choice for counsel would be Walgren.

1. TA's roomies: She testified they were there when she arrived in the early hours. In their statements were they unaware Travis had company that night?

2. What was the date Travis' body was discovered?

3. I saw Lisa testify during the defense portion, but missed the PA's case. Did Mimi testify? If so, what information regarding Jodi did she give?

3. Mimi testified, but mostly about the LDS church. She also said that she went out on 3 dates with TA but there was no spark & he was sort of awkward when he hugged her. I can't remember, but I think she said she heard TA had a stalker, but didn't mention JA by name.

MM is not going to testify. He has said as much over at jodiisinnocent.

What the heck is INsession? What station is it on? I watch HLN, they air the trial, with horrid commercials, and once in awhile I can catch some of that on a lunch break. The same people everyone was saying were fired from Insession are on HLN - Jean Casares and Beth Karas.

Is it different?

Also, it is fascinating to hear how jodi has been squirming, trying vainly to morph, without the requisite feedback, into someone to be believed.

As a psychopath (IMO), she lacks the ability to understand how normal people behave and react because she lacks empathy. So, she does what psychopaths do and mirrors the behavior of those she is with, or adjusts her behavior based on their responses to her.

I remember hearing how jodi was shy and quiet in large groups. That's likely because she didn;t know who to mirror in such a group.

But she can't stay quiet now. Now, she has to engage with JM, while doing what her attorneys have advised her to do, while trying to gauge the reactions and mirror 18 stone faced jurors. She can't do it. So she morphs, and morphs and morphs, desperately trying to figure out who to be so she can mask the utter emptiness of her soul.

Bizarre and fascinating and super creepy.

BTW, thanks katydid for the info about her nasty text to Travis, in which she showed the school girl fantasy was her own. I wish I could watch much more!!!!!!

InSession is a show on the TRU TV network. It is on M-F from 9am to 3am (for another week or two) they are however cutting back to 9-11AM M-F EST very soon.
HLN is headline news network (a branch of CNN) and the talking heads speak on both stations.

Also, since the announcement of InSession show broadcast time being cut, both Beth K and Jean C got their 'laid off' notices ........ so I am hoping they will appear on HLN more..........as in, in place of JVM! lease:

I can't watch her show anymore. I don't know why it is impossible for her to speak in a normal tone, she always has to yell. Lately she's had two very shrill female lawyers on there. And don't get me started on the blonde male defense lawyer.

It's just so annoying .. it's the same as NG with her military thing at the end .. It's like they are using affiliations to tug at people's heartstrings to make themselves look good. WEIRD.
