Seriously this pic is grotesque. It is completely unnatural and the results of plastic surgery and photoshop. Nevermind anyone "bodyshaming", Kim is obviously ashamed of being a normal woman to such an extent that she has to have multiple excessive surgery and procedures, use photoshop and wear a confining corset. Why would anyone go thru such extreme measures to achieve such an unnatural look. Her insecurities and need for attention is actually pathetic.
