No problem! I grew up in Louisville and live about 20 mins outside of Jefferson Co now. I’m still in Louisville a lot bc of school and my parents still live there. If I’m in town later this wk, I might drive out there and try to get some video and pics of the neighborhood and area she was last seen in for reference.
 
Just heard about this case today. I'm concerned about her. I don't know if she met harm on her walk or if she deliberately put down bread crumbs in one direction while she voluntarily went in another direction. I'm also concerned about self-harm.

Whatever happened that night she disappeared, I'm hoping for a "found safe" scenario in this case, fingers crossed.

Forgive me if this has been mentioned but if she worked with MIA, I have to think she'd know not to get in a random car with a random stranger.

I feel for her and what she was going through.

But trying not to form a theory and waiting for more FACTS to be released. Not much we can do that we aren't doing.

Sometimes when you are upset and angry, you are not thinking clearly. Jmo.
 
Andrea Michelle Knabel, 37, of Louisville, was last seen on foot at about 1 a.m. on Aug. 13 after leaving a home in the city’s Audubon Park neighborhood, according to private investigator Tracy Leonard of Confidential Investigative Agency, LLC, the Courier Journal reported Monday.

Leonard and his partner Dan Washington are “following up on some pretty strong leads as we speak,” Washington told the Daily News Tuesday.

Though they noted Knabel’s two sons, ages 6 and 8, are from different fathers, the investigators believe she has “a co-parent relationship with both fathers."

The PI posted a new video to the finding Andrea page. There wasn’t any real new information. He did say they interviewed some people today and got possibly got some good leads. He also urged residents to check their security cams again and that was about it.

Do you know anything about the Aubudon county club? Is it a golf course? Is this county club near area she was last known.
JMO I think maybe she lived close to her sister. What I am trying to understand is- If she lived with in walking distance why was she making calls for a ride? Or was she just very upset and angry reaching out to her circle of friends? While walking? It would seem 2 weeks missing and all the love and worry being shown everywhere she MOO has first hand experience in MISSING. Would reach out if she could.
Very concerned for her.

Yeh it’s a golf course and they have a few clay tennis courts. She lived farther behind the country club. I know they keep saying Audubon park but most people refer to the Fincastle area as Camp Taylor. Audubon Park is in the area in front of the club and then Camp Taylor is farther behind it. It’s all one big area that sits between two busy main roads, Preston Hwy and Poplar Level.

They’ve been vague about what led her to leave that night but I just assumed maybe she walked out to clear her head. I also saw in one of the posts that she was walking towards Poplar Level so she could’ve even been walking to a gas station or something. There’s just really not much information to go off of. They’re still pushing for people to check security cam’s in the neighborhood so it makes me wonder if they think she got picked up, or something happened, before reaching Poplar Level Rd.
 
It’s a weird area. Originally, the area she was last seen in was an army base during WWI and a lot of the houses back there still look like old army barracks. It’s a cool little place in Louisville and there’s a lot of history but it can also be a little sketchy, but all of Louisville can be that way really. I just hope nothing bad happened to her.

Do we know for sure where she was walking? I mean, other than what she said herself on the phone?
