Search warrant obtained reveals why police are focused on Ex-boyfriend of missing mom

Some updates including "Search warrant obtained by LEX 18 shows that Baxter’s cell phone ‘pinged’ to a location that was on Bourbon and Chambers Streets in Georgetown near the police station. It was inside Hicks’ car, which is being stored there"

A sad result coming I imagine.

from the article linked above.

LEX 18 dove into Hicks criminal history and found previous convictions in multiple counties for offenses such as, failing to comply as a registered sex offender, harassing communications and violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO.

This is moo, if Joe picked Sheena up from the trailer park @7:30ish, he had a very tight timeline to be rid of her & at Speedway by 9ish p.m. From the trailer park to Phoenix on Friday night would be appx 20 minutes, due to heavy traffic & a lot of traffic lights.

IIRC, didn't you mention that the ~7:30pm time may be incorrect because the sister stated it was still a little bit light outside?

It was dark as dark can be at my house by 7pm last night and I’m only on the other side of Georgetown. I’m rural, so maybe darker, no street lights & houses 10’ from me? Idk. I walked back to visit my neighbor for a sec, needed flashlight walking back just before 7.

Imagine he did pick her up at 7:30 & later it took 8 minutes to drive from Phoenix to Speedway, we can deduct a half hour from the 7:30-9 timeframe, leaving him appx an hour.
Yesterday, WLEX had a split second clip of LE near a barn. I wish I could find that segment. The barn looked very familiar to me & the one I am thinking of lies between the trailer park & Phoenix, in a roundabout way.
Leaving the trailer park & catching Cherry Blossom it is mainly all subdivisions. There is one road off CB that leads to a factory where Phoenix picks auto seats up. There is a barn on a vacant farm down that road.
Once past WMT on Cherry Blossom, it turns more rural, a lot of farms, some large, some small & a few new subdivisions popping up. Going towards Phoenix terminal, if one makes a right, he will have a choice of a few rural roads, all sparsely populated. Moo
Cherry Blossom is also referred to as our Bypass or Bypass Road.

Ugh this doesn’t seem good at all :/ but it seems like a few more pieces of the puzzle are falling into place
It stands to reason Sheena did get in his car if her phone is in it. As I posted up thread, JH had appx 1-1.5 hr unaccounted for, maybe much less. We don’t know what time the camera shows him arriving at Phoenix.

Wow, there's a lot to unpack there. MOO
  1. The charges against Hicks stem from the same date she went missing.
  2. A police report indicates that Hicks was found with a gunshot wound to the wrist and allegedly claimed he had been shot by a "large black male" during a robbery attempt at Walmart.
  3. LE reviewed surveillance video, talked with people at the store, and concluded that his vehicle wasn't seen in the area and no one reported hearing gunshots.
  4. LE later determined that Hicks was in a semi-truck at Phoenix Transportation in Georgetown prior to the shooting.
  5. They found damage from a bullet inside that truck and also observed Hicks on surveillance video two days later with cleaning supplies in alleged effort to cover up evidence.
  6. Sheriff Tony Hampton would not confirm if there was a definite connection to SB's disappearance, only that it was a tangible lead.
  7. The search warrant shows that SB’s cell phone ‘pinged’ to a location that was on Bourbon and Chambers Streets in Georgetown near the police station. It was inside Hicks’ car, which is being stored there.
  8. CC said today that her sister, SB, and Hicks had dated for about one year, but had broken it off about one year ago.
  9. According to court documents, Hicks was once charged with first degree strong-armed rape in 1998, a charge later amended to first-degree sex abuse in Hardin Co. Documents show a judge probated him for five years.
  10. In 2018, SB filed two separate protection orders against him claiming, "abuse, stalking and sexual abuse."
  11. In one of the orders from June, 7 2018, SB told the courts the two had dated for six and a half months. She reported, "he has always been over controlling he has struck me a couple of time."
  12. In the order she said, "I have to stay out of Scott County just to stay away from him, to keep him from trying anything."
  13. SB later requested both protection orders be dismissed, despite saying "I just don't know what to do anymore we have many calls and reports it's just getting worse and worse."
  14. Hicks criminal history includes previous convictions in multiple counties for offenses such as failing to comply as a registered sex offender, harassing communications and violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO.

Ex-boyfriend of missing woman has criminal history

Beginning at :51 in the video:

"In their arrest report, police claim Hicks was caught on camera cleaning the truck from possible evidence left behind after bullet holes were found throughout the vehicle. Those images were captured on February 16. That's two days after the Georgetown mother of three disappeared."

I think you are really on to something here. This seems to fit with the MO in most of these cases, sadly. I also suspect that the sister is not telling all that she knows, perhaps trying to keep someone else’s secret. JMHO

Does video surveillance confirm that Sheena was never in the semi?

Coincidence? Walmart hoax, missing mother connected?

Hicks stopped someone in the parking lot of the Speedway at Darby Drive Friday night, blood pouring from his injured wrist, witnesses said. He was suffering from an apparent gunshot wound and told police he was approached by a large black male who demanded his wallet. Hicks told police the incident happened in the tire and lube area of the Walmart parking lot.

Police discovered by video Hicks had actually been inside a semi-tractor trailer rig at Phoenix Transportation eight minutes before the 9 p.m. Walmart shooting was alleged to take place.

A probe of Hicks’ truck revealed a bullet hole inside the truck and the bullet went through the driver side seat, the windshield and driver-side visor. The damage to the side is estimated at over $1,000, police reports state.

A video recorded Hicks at Phoenix Transportation with cleaning materials in an effort to clean his truck on Sunday, Feb. 16, police reports state.

“At this point I’m begging for answers,” Crumley posted on social media. “She has three young girls who love her and need her. I need her to be here too. This isn’t right or normal in our world not to hear from her.”
