Thank
karen, everyday I check in here to see if there's any news and say prayers for Becky throughout the day <3 Please remember there are people who take to heart your pain and ask God for mercy.
Thank You for keeping her in your prayers. That means more than you can imagine and I pray they will be answered soon. I want to see my grandkids but I'd end up crying and it's hard enough on them . I have to think of them.. I wish I had some good news to tell everyone but I don't. The search in the Bayou goes on. Then what,? I don't know. There has to be just one person out there that just a small piece of his/heart left that could call in a tip. If for no one but for the kids.. Becky is a good and caring mother, and she loves her kids.

Thank you again Mr Hughes, for the interview. It was much appreciated..if Becky sees the podcast , where ever she is, she will be laughing so hard as she knows that I hate cameras, etc and I am always the person behind the camera. I really hope she does see it and knows we are looking for her and not to give up. Becky's car was not found in the bayou and has been cleared. I'm glad it was not in there but wonder where it is..someone had asked a couple of days ago what time of day was the photo of her car with 2 people in it was taken. I finally remembered to ask and it was at 8 am.. thanks to everyone for their interest and words of encouragement.

Ah, dear Karen, I so hope the appeal you made through your interview with Gary Hughes brings the exact tip required to bring your daughter, Becky, home.

You spoke very well and did a truly great job in letting us know who your Becky is and how horribly frightening it all is for you and your grandchildren.

I'm proud of you! Please take a moment to feel proud yourself too for how you managed what must have been a scary and difficult task.

Bless you Karen, bless Becky, and bless and guide those searching for her.

That could be a key question in her disappearance. Bayou St. John has been searched and Becky's vehicle was not found there.

During Karen's interview and other places in this thread, it was mentioned that Becky's vehicle was seen twice on the morning she disappeared. One time it was seen on I-10, heading west I believe. The other time it was seen was in Mid-City, which Karen said is near where Becky and Tricky Albert lived. AFAIK her vehicle was not seen again on camera.

Just thinking out loud here... I don't know much about New Orleans topography, but would it make sense that her vehicle could likely be somewhere in that general area? Granted that is a large area to search, with many potential locations where a vehicle could be hidden, and local LE has limited manpower for searches.

I still want to know where Tricky Albert was on the day Becky went missing. With his known connection to Benjamin Beale it would make sense that LE hasn't released information they have on him during this time.

karen you did very well with your GH interview. Praying for Becky, you and all her worried loved ones.

One thing, now that St. John's bayou has been cleared and Becky's car not found there, early in thus thread it was mentioned that her car was seen on a highway going west, correct? Is there a time frame on that sighting?

It was also mentioned by Becky's ex-husband that she'd said she was planning to go to Baton Rouge for a job interview? Was it a photography type job? Is that an occupation Becky had experience in?

Is Claiborne Avenue near an entrance to this highway her car was seen on? 8 am is early, the time one might start off for a mid-morning appointment. Maybe she did get to Baton Rouge that day?

I know it's a lot of questions to ponder. Please forgive if it's too much.

Thank you but I don't feel proud. As Becky's mom, I should have realized how depressed she was. I constantly think of the things that I should have said and done to help her. Now I may never have that chance to help her. The only thing I can do now is to plead to anyone that knows something to please call in a tip..

This was something I considered early on. However, if the state of LA has cameras on the main roads and highways, as N.O. resident mpnola indicates is true, Becky's vehicle would have been seen on camera several times between N.O. and Baton Rouge.

My understanding from what Becky's mother and ex-husband have said, Becky's vehicle was only seen twice, and both times in N.O., fairly close to where she lived.

Well done, @karenlpn200! I'm so glad you found the courage to speak to Gray, and that you found it helpful. You are so brave!

Hoping Becky, or someone who knows something, will come across your message, and do the right thing.

I think it's time for Tricky to step up and speak.

I think it's time for Tricky to step up and speak.
I agree that it would be very helpful to know Michael Hearty's (AKA "Tricky Albert") location and actions on the day Becky disappeared. Unfortunately LE hasn't released that information and Hearty hasn't made any public statements AFAIK.

Missing Becky Hendrix - Interview With Mother Karen - Might be related to Killer Benjamin Beale

As Karen mentioned during the interview with Gray, as well as in MSM posts, Becky was living with Hearty when she disappeared, and had been since mid-November, 2021. She also mentioned a possible connection between Becky's disappearance and the Julia Dardar case involving Benjamin Beale. That connection hasn't been proven, but it's been established that Hearty and Beale knew each other, were in a band together, etc.

I would love for Hearty to take a polygraph test but LE may not want to do one, I don't know. I've tried to contact Dr Phil hoping after reading Becky's story that he would try to get him to do one..Hearty would not even answer his telephone when I first tried calling him just days after the report was filed, way before media reports . Such a coward as far as I'm concerned.

Based on what we know from the media and the two insiders in Becky's case, there's a significant information gap concerning Michael Hearty's actions and location on the day Becky was last seen. I've found nothing in MSM or from LE regarding Hearty's activities on that day. It seems probable that LE has that information.

If that information was released by LE then the missing pieces might start to fall into place.

Dear Karen, I feel so sad to read these thoughts of yours.

I'm certain others here also feel sad to learn what you're thinking, and, like me, just don't know how to reply to you.

From personal experience, I know there really is nothing anyone can say, or do, to help someone who is experiencing depression.

You have helped Becky – you gave her money when she needed it, and you and she texted back and forth which shows she understood you were there for her.

And you are still helping her, by speaking for her here on Websleuths, and publicly in your interview – courageous and important things to do for her.

Most of all, from how you described her little daughter gathering together all the gifts Becky has given her, that little 12-year-old has great love for her mom.

The love between a mother and child is passed on down generations. As her Mom, you taught Becky how to love, and in turn, she taught her daughter.

There is no greater gift for a mother to give her children.

I would love for Hearty to take a polygraph test but LE may not want to do one, I don't know.
I agree, having Hearty take a polygraph test would be a very good thing in this case, but based on what we know, and his connections to Beale, I doubt very much that he would have any interest in doing that voluntarily.

First, my heart goes out to her family. I'm so sorry you're going through this. Secondly, after reading the articles and watching the interview, there's nothing that would indicate Becky would have done anything to hurt herself. She's been through a lot, but she sounds very much like a fighter and survivor, not a person who would give up.
As others have mentioned, her car was seen twice the morning she disappeared and then not seen again, so I'd agree her vehicle is somewhere in the area where it was last captured on camera. My question would be if she went back home and something happened there or if someone picked her up.
It might be worthwhile setting up a group to canvass the area she was last seen with missing posters. Don't go alone, go in groups of three and let LE know that you're doing this. Given the people involved, I'd be cautious in doing anything alone. I'd also check in with Equusearch Texas EquuSearch and the truckers missing group The Truckers Missing Child Project
Also email Inside Edition, NYPost, DailyMail and USAToday. This is just the kind of story they'd be interested in, and it would get Becky's face seen nationwide.

I have no factual evidence to prove it, but IMO with the number of license plate readers reported to be in N.O. and elsewhere in LA in general, Becky's car seems like it should be fairly close to where it was last seen.

I don't live in LA so I don't know how many of these readers are installed, but if Becky drove out of the N.O. area it seems like her vehicle would have been spotted more than twice, both times fairly close to where she was living. Again, just opinion rather than fact.
