Ok here goes: quick recap! Fact: Michael P. Hearty was the last known person that Becky was known to be living with on 1/6/22 , the day she was last heard from by family and friends. Fact: Becky's car has not been seen since 8:04 am 1/6/22 and had 2 people in it. Fact: Becky's phone has been off/dead on 1/6/22. Fact: Becky's children , mother or siblings have not heard from her. Fact: Becky's car was not found in Bayou St John. Fact: there is no evidence that Becky was going to harm herself as she was going to a job interview. Fact: On 1/19/22 I was able to get a copy of Becky's phone records. Heartys phone number was on there. I tried calling him many times to talk to him to see if he had heard from her but he would not answer, so I set up a " date via FB to meet him. He answered that not knowing who it was and a time was arranged. Per investigator's request, I did not go to that date. On 1/30/2022 I went to Heartys place of work and community handing out flyers about Becky's missing. He still has not returned my call. To my knowledge, Hearty didn't even try to reach her by phone when me or the police went to his job. You would think if he didn't know where she was he would have reached out to her to tell her that her mom and the police were looking for her and to have Becky to call me so we would quit coming around. I tried calling Heartys mother and sister but did not get an answer from them either.
Michael hearty has not made a statement to the media about Becky's missing. <modsnip> Mardi Gras has slowed the investigation. Another woman, Gabrielle Gonzalez, with the same ties has gone missing. <modsnip>

So stressful for you and family Lot of info you are sharing.

One thing that immediately leaps out when you said you had set up a meeting with Hearty, LE told you not to go. Did they LE go, covertly or otherwise, maybe to see if he arrived and follow him back to wherever he returned?

Hey went and supposedly he was cooperative from what I was told.
 
Ok. Good. So thats a start. They probably checked him out. But that was December last year?

But important and relevant that Hearty knows that he is under investigation.

Does anyone know any groups that would go petition in front of his mother's house ( like they did in Gabby Petitos case) asking why her son won't speak up or is she hiding him as no one knows where he is living now. Mardi Gras has slowed the investigation. Another woman, Gabrielle Gonzalez, with the same ties has gone missing. I want the Heartys to speak up as they have the money to help Hearty disappear and if he's not guilty, why haven't we heard from them? <modsnip>

Can you tell us more about Gabrielle Gonzalez? When did she go missing? What were her connections to Hearty?

I couldn't find any info about her. Was it recently?

You mentioned Becky was going to a job interview on the last day she was seen (1/6/22), which could support the 8:00AM sighting of her vehicle. Do you know if Becky actually arrived and had that interview? Also, was the job interview in the city of N.O. itself, or was it in a different city?

As discussed earlier, a key piece of missing information in Becky's disappearance are the actions of Michael Hearty ("Tricky Albert") on the day Becky was last seen. AFAIK, LE has not released anything regarding Hearty's activities on that day. If we knew where he was and what he was doing, that could provide much-needed information into Becky's disappearance.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe Becky disappeared a few days before Benjamin Beale, a known friend of Hearty's, was arrested in the Julia Dardar case. Other than Hearty and Beale being friends, I am not aware of any direct connection between Beale and Becky's disappearance, but it's something to keep in mind.

I find it significant that neither Hearty or his family have returned your phone calls or made any public statements regarding Becky's disappearance. Based on your statements it also appears Hearty has made no effort to assist in the search.

Also, did I understand your message correctly that no one knows where Hearty is currently living? Does this mean he moved out of the Iberville house that he shared with Becky?

You mentioned another person, Gabrielle Gonzalez, with "the same ties", has also gone missing. Can you provide any more information about her and how she might be linked to Hearty and/or Becky? I ran a couple of quick searches this morning but I'm not seeing any MSM reports about her being missing.

Becky's job interview was in N.O. but she never made it . Yes I was told Hearty was "cooperative" but as my son said " killers are always cooperative in the first meeting". There are other reasons why I suspect Heartys involvement or knowledge that I can't mention and that is the reason I mention it. If I knew where he lived or worked I'd go there myself. My daug is worth the risk. Next week is her Birthday and I want to spend it with her. So I'm asking for some serious advice. But seriously, are there any groups that can help? @karenlpn2000 thanks for the information. Based on your reply above I'm assuming that Hearty no longer lives on Iberville Street and, apparently no longer works at his previous job. Hopefully local LE knows his current location.

Also thank you for the Gabriella Gonzales link. I'm not sure how her disappearance might be linked to Becky's but it's certainly worth looking in to.

It might be worthwhile setting up a group to canvass the area she was last seen with missing posters. Don't go alone, go in groups of three and let LE know that you're doing this. What time was Becky's interview?

ETA-Remember that what got people on the front lawn of the Laundry home was nationwide coverage. I know it's hard to open your life up to be scrutinized by the world, but getting that nationwide coverage is what often solves these cases. The person that saw Gabby's van which eventually led LE to her body, was a person who saw the coverage on the nationwide news. I can't stress enough how much getting that attention will help move things along.

I thought of that. I have sent Becky's info to every major network and then some. I just hope it gets to the right dept. I've even sent info to Dr Phil several times and have not heard anything. I've even reached out to the Petitos for advice but that was today. Still waiting to see if they respond.
 
I know this isn't information any of us can get but, hopefully, LE can get a copy of Michael Hearty's phone records/GPS data. There are so many bodies of water in that area, it is not surprising to me that the car has not been found.

I thought the interview was supposed to be on 1/7, not 1/6. Can we clarify the date that Becky said the interview was? Because it makes a difference in the timeline. If she did not have an interview on 1/6, where was she going?

I am posting an update before my original post because I need to now say that you truly are in the best hands. I now feel confident that it is clear.... I was going to link you to Mark Michaud Facebook page and I see he was the one that searched. I will leave my original post info, to see why I feel more confident now.

I dont want to undermine what has been done. But, I keep feeling the need to say this. Just because her car wasn't found in Bayou St John doesn't mean it's not there. With Terrilynn, we completely ruled out City Park because it was searched and cleared. But, Mark Michaud went back and felt confident he could find her. And he did. I kept wondering how her car could be missed and then I thought of how hard it is to get the soap in the bathtub. Its small and I can search and somehow, it keeps moving. And I know the soap is in there!

Since mom is here, I want to be sure to give all the info I can to possibly help. I just feel like if they are telling you the whole truth that her car wasn't seen after x time in y area and they were looking in bayou st john, that I wouldn't rule it out.

And that is where I realized it was him that searched. If you read his posts about Becky, he gives very good info of what he did in the search. I am so glad he searched, yet I wish he was still a hope of finding her quickly.

Thanks for the clarification. So the correct date of Becky's interview was 1/7/22 and not 1/6/22. So, when Becky's Highlander was last seen at 8:00AM on 1/6/22, she was not going to her job interview.
 
Thought... if he knew about our license plate readers, what would happen if the plate was removed or changed?!?! I wonder if our readers have the capability of flagging something that is on a different type of car. I'm not sure it's that advanced.

Interesting idea. I don't know much about these plate readers so I couldn't answer this question. In many states LE will pull you over if you do not have a valid license plate or temporary sticker on your vehicle.

ETA:
I doubt anyone would try to drive a vehicle very far on main roads with no license plates on it to risk attracting attention from LE. If the plates were switched then that might be a different story. JMO.

I've wondered if her car might be at an impound lot, with different plates on it.
