Is tomorrow DOCUMENT DUMP DAY??????????????????:partyguy:

One can only hope! I was thinking we would see something today...but perhaps JB just got his set of documents today. If I understand the Sunshine law correctly, someone (like the media) has to request a copy of the documents that have just become public. So perhaps that process takes a day or two. I really really REALLY want to see something new! The jail visit held me for a day or two....but I want more!!!! :woohoo:

Oh how you doc dump junkies need your fix. Don't you remember....THURSDAY is always big news day!!!!!

Why did Baez put in a motion to inspect the crime scene TODAY???

Did we already go through this once and then when he had a chance he decided against it?

I think it has been shown that the media now redacts (sp) first, then does a few teasers, then states the interesting news from the documents, then by 2 or 3 in the afternoon, starts releasing bits of information & bits of docs, cable tv makes statements like "Bombshell" news. That's how I feel about the document dumps since they learned to cross out the names & grab the glory of the evidence. But...we all know there is so much more to find! Can't wait. Does anyone know for sure if it's tomorrow or Thursday? I am only going by the last two dumps, the tape of Aug. 14th & the last dump plus people who's names were put out with the tips.

I just can't get over her pity party in the last tapes. I keep hearing snippets and GA asked her how she got through Caylee's b-day. She responds that she "didn't" get through it and stayed in bed all day, reading her bible and crying knowing that "Mom was cooking chili and had a house full of people" and she couldn't be there. Was there any part of the tape I may have missed where she could've mentioned being upset about not sharing Caylee's party WITH HER DAUGHTER???? Just curious as to the possibility that I may have missed something??

I don't think any of them actually said "Caylee's Birthday". GA just said "last Saturday", and of course, KC doesn't mention Caylee's name...she's just pi**ed that she didn't get any chili and missed "all the fun".

Why does he need a motion to inspect the crime scene? Can't he just walk over and see it like everyone else? Or is it because it is technically on private property? Filing a motion for that sounds like a waste, a HUGE waste of paper to me.

Is there a link to Bond hearing testimony video other that the A's and YM?

I hear there was other testimony such as cadaver dog handler.
(Just a transcript would do)

Does anyone know if we will be seeing the results of the DNA of the A family in this upcoming doc dump?

I'm seriously :waitasec: because of that. Why in the world would he want to inspect it after not only LE trampled on it (which is one thing) but the general public too? Even if it is private property wouldn't he just have to get permission from the land owner and not the courts?

I'm seriously perplexed. :bang:

Here is a thought: Crime scene may refer to some where other than the REMAINS site. (i.e. A home)

I doubt KC dragged garbage bags and duct tape to the woods and murdered Caylee there.

To me, the crime scene and the remains site are two entirely different places.

Yes you are right. I assumed the motion did not say "crime scene", but gave an exact location. I further assumed they meant where the body was dumped. But it could be another location - the true scene of the crime.

This motion was just filed today? Could it be a result of something he read in the document dumps? Perhaps LE has evidence of where the actual crime scene was and he want to check it out. Hmmmm. Come on....bring on those docs!!!!!

Didn't they cut drywall out in the garage? Hopefully, we will find out this stuff.

I agree PH, I believe the crime scene would be the house but JB had the same motion before and he meant the remains site.

This motion was just filed today and also says crime scene. I guess that's why I'm confused. I mean he's been in the Anthony home a million times, they'll let him in if he comes over IMO. That's why I still think he means the remains site.

My logic is often skewed LOL!

PH, thanks for the birthday wishes :blowkiss:

Was that confirmed? I remember seeing in either a news video or on NG but I don't remember if it was ever confirmed?

You may be quite right. Something from the search warrant return, perhaps?

I'm still trying to figure out what JB means most of the time and have seen Judge Strickland and LDB correct him so many times that confusion comes all too easily.

I am not sure the A's are still letting JB in? I think there is a great deal of animosity there right now, especially with the delay in giving Caylee a decent burial.

And, you're so welcome. I hope you had a wonderful day - and cake!

That's what I am wondering. Why suddenly today? He had to have learned something new. Now I just wish that we could find out if the "crime scene" he identifies is the dump site or the A's house!
