Is tomorrow DOCUMENT DUMP DAY??????????????????artyguy:
I just can't get over her pity party in the last tapes. I keep hearing snippets and GA asked her how she got through Caylee's b-day. She responds that she "didn't" get through it and stayed in bed all day, reading her bible and crying knowing that "Mom was cooking chili and had a house full of people" and she couldn't be there. Was there any part of the tape I may have missed where she could've mentioned being upset about not sharing Caylee's party WITH HER DAUGHTER???? Just curious as to the possibility that I may have missed something??
Why did Baez put in a motion to inspect the crime scene TODAY???
Did we already go through this once and then when he had a chance he decided against it?
Why does he need a motion to inspect the crime scene? Can't he just walk over and see it like everyone else? Or is it because it is technically on private property? Filing a motion for that sounds like a waste, a HUGE waste of paper to me.
I'm seriously :waitasec: because of that. Why in the world would he want to inspect it after not only LE trampled on it (which is one thing) but the general public too? Even if it is private property wouldn't he just have to get permission from the land owner and not the courts?
I'm seriously perplexed. :bang:
Here is a thought: Crime scene may refer to some where other than the REMAINS site. (i.e. A home)
I doubt KC dragged garbage bags and duct tape to the woods and murdered Caylee there.
To me, the crime scene and the remains site are two entirely different places.
Yes you are right. I assumed the motion did not say "crime scene", but gave an exact location. I further assumed they meant where the body was dumped. But it could be another location - the true scene of the crime.
This motion was just filed today? Could it be a result of something he read in the document dumps? Perhaps LE has evidence of where the actual crime scene was and he want to check it out. Hmmmm. Come on....bring on those docs!!!!!
Didn't they cut drywall out in the garage? Hopefully, we will find out this stuff.

I'm still trying to figure out what JB means most of the time and have seen Judge Strickland and LDB correct him so many times that confusion comes all too easily.I agree PH, I believe the crime scene would be the house but JB had the same motion before and he meant the remains site.
This motion was just filed today and also says crime scene. I guess that's why I'm confused. I mean he's been in the Anthony home a million times, they'll let him in if he comes over IMO. That's why I still think he means the remains site.
My logic is often skewed LOL!
PH, thanks for the birthday wishes :blowkiss:
You may be quite right. Something from the search warrant return, perhaps?
Don't really know where to put this, but click below and see what our wonderful, Angel Who Cares, did for us!!!
I think it deserves it's own thread here!
