while looking at the case file on the my clerk site, these first 10 say that the complaint was filed on 7/8/08.....Cindy did not call 911 til 7/15/08??? can anyone explain these please??

IMO, I feel it is just a typo. There have been a few typos in documents.

How does this date compare to the actual date of the crime? What day did she forge the check?

Is there any evidence to suggest one way or the other, that Caylee's body was or was not buried initially?

Is it possible it was, then when area became flooded, it became dislodged?

Any indication that reason for Caylee's remains being spread out was due to water or animal factors?

I know this may be a long shot....but any indication that Caylee's remains may have been burned and that LE is holding back on this info?

Could it be that the judge ruled on DC's 2nd interview?

It means that DC must produce the evidence he says is exempt from disclosure. He also must state why each piece of evidence is exempt. The State is asking to review these documents. This is only a request, and not a ruling.
