Does anyone recall if LE ever interviewed JPC? I know I haven't read anything about it if they did and I am curious since they interviewed so many people that had even the most tangential "relationship" with KC ... like Melissa E. (Troy's GF) and Clint's GF, Marie something. Since AH told LE that JPC never really liked KC ... I would think that they would have wanted to know why.

I would think that they did, ohw, because he is on the State's witness list. I haven't seen it either, tho.

I just thinking, I realize KC has been forced to attend all hearings...but does that pertain to the ex parte hearing? Could Judge Strickland, at that time, advise her, that her rights have been violated due to the fact that there is no DP qualified attorney to do depos and file motions? Is that grounds for for a do over? I also understand depos cannot be re-done...what a effin mess!!!!

Since this is a DP case, how does that work? What I mean is...will KC automatically received the DP if the jury finds her guilty or is the verdict just the verdict and penalty is a whole other vote? Like could the jury find her guilty and then go on to vote to give her LWOP even tho this is a DP case? Thank you!

The DP decision is a seperate one. They find her guilty or not guilty. If guilty then it goes to the sentencing phase. During this time, the jury would decide on death, life w/o parole, etc.

I also thought that Faye would have moved the remains around but then I found this report on the root growth analysis from where Caylee was found. It's very interesting:

Docs #3811 & #3812

The last paragraph of 3811 talks abt the root growth and bones. Unless I totally misunderstood what I read, I think the report says that Caylees' remains were in one place a minimum of 4 months, possibly 6 mos (# 3812). So from when Caylee was found counting back 4months would mean she was in the woods no later than mid September(?).
Even though this is a theories thread this doc could lead to some more possibilities.

LP's depo is scheduled for May 19th. I haven't heard of a depo for Tracy as of yet.
