okay do not blast me but all other reports on Daily UK Mail have been correct on this topic...they just blast it out before vetting (like CNN) but their latest headlines are the third note was for his gay lover another inmate who is also on suicide watch now. Frankly that makes more sense than to the "public" which I don't really think he cared about.

If AH named Baez as Executor of his estate it was the smartest decision he ever made. Most people leave this duty to a relative who has zero knowledge of the law or how to proceed and that relative ends up being hated/resented/suspected by all heirs. It can be a mess that destroys families.

An attorney owes his/her client ZEALOUS representation and to use his/her skills to the best of their ability. Baez exhibits the definition of zealous representation and skill. He is the best that the bar has to offer, whether you like his courtroom tactics or not.

i find the verdict so much more sad now...even though I agree with it based on law...if at least those families had the satisfaction of knowing that the jury held him accountable and they would not have had to sit through his round of hugs etc. And...at the end of the day I guess that would be "abated" too but at least a bit better for them.

another legal question so clear that daughter has legal status in terms of his estate but what about Shay....I always felt she did that name change based on legal advice...does the fact she changed her own name mean anything now? I mean they never married so I would think she has no legal status other than the mother of Avielle.

If the child gets any money.....mommy will have some control over it....in the long run, does mommy get money through the child?

The public is not privy to all the details of an individual's life, as it shouldn't be, and that is definitely applicable in this case.

Doesn't matter who attorney is in this situation, would be doing same thing.
People love to hate Jose Baez. Many honestly watch because he was on case truth be told. In other cases I have followed or read about, if a lawyer is not licensed in xx state, they work with another licensed attorney. IIRC Baez was given permission to work on Hernandez case.

Regardless there will be some sort of lawsuit against prison. Unthread a post had link where correction officer has been suspended because didn't do required 2am check. Also if AH did have the alleged K2 in system that is contraband that defense could say brought on the suicide. The whole not doing rounds is bid deal jmho in light of riot recently in manyn January 2017 jmho
