Outside the courthouse this morning, the State Troopers were very strict about media line and sidewalk management. One photographer, who has been here every day was asked to show his media credentials because the trooper said he hadn’t seen him before.There is a parade tomorrow

Lt. Tully testifies about getting search warrants. He needs two things: 1) facts sworn under oath 2) probable cause that specific evidence would be found in that location. He says he didn't have this for inside 34 Fairview, and had no reason to get a warrant for the home.

Well…the recent updates to the LISK case have shown that evidence can be found decades later so maybe not true that evidence at 34 Fairview is long gone.

RBBM imo ofcourse it can. If, as seems likely, KR is acquitted and if the MASS state cops and local Canton PD get thoroughly swept out, then maybe JO's case will be reopened down the track. Starting from scratch with a professional, transparent investigation would be just. Moo. Even if KR is not acquitted the grounds for appeal are numerous jmo
