Sandra F tomorrow about material evidence against CB.

MS is speaking about two Russians in Spain when buying yachts? Could it be the yacht business front is actually a cover for human trafficking?
They are speaking about Nicole again mainly. We know NF is linked to yachts through MH. NF's adoptive son is in this episode. It talks about her being a dancer at a casino.

Crazy, I have seen most of this on this forum before.

In the Sexta9 of last week, MS said that he had been asked by police whether he knew two Russians living in Spain. (And he denied)
Police mentioned that they were investigating a homocide:

Let's get real

If he had images of the victim dead he would be charged in 2 seconds
But why charge him of possession of child abuse/snuff , or would it be wise to try prove he was indeed the murderer and gather evidence so they can charge him with kidnap, abuse/rape of a child and murder ? I personally would of course think any proper LE would try for charges for everything ? JMO

Considering FF tried to overturn the rape of the 72 year old woman because CBs arrest wasn’t done in a certain way or wasn’t done in a certain country? It would not surprise me if he tries the argument that CB has not had a fair trial and the judgement will be preconceived because of the media.
Yeh I would say so, however, if it goes to trial they don't have a jury just the judge, so makes no real diff to the actual outcome of the verdict what the public think re the case anyways.

So who could be paying for these uk solicitors???

It's a high profile case and it's not beyond the realms of possibility that it's been taken on pro bono by perhaps a UK outfit that specialises in human rights because of the wider legal concerns - ie. the manner in which the investigation has been conducted.

No matter what anyone thinks of CB, he still has rights and they've been breached imo.

I hope the payments are nothing to do with this, mentioned very early on in the threads.

How have they been breached? The Germans have not named him.

I avoid facebook like the plague of mostly toxic nonsense it is. I also try to avoid as much as possible anything Mark Williams-Thomas for the pompous, opportunistic, self-serving nonsense he spouts.

But, just to be polite, I read your link, and, honestly, all I can ask is why anyone with a working brain cell would take seriously anything the troll-life on facebook rants and raves about?

Although the idea that they'd collectively put their frantic keyboarding fingers in their pockets to fund a legal battle against the McCs did give me a good laugh!

So thanks for that.

They absolutely have. Wolters has referenced him publicly in interviews on numerous and very recent occasions. Google is your friend here.

My concern from the off is due process. And this is just not anything like due process and, for that reason, it continues to raise a really concerning red flag for me.

I cannot find any direct references to CB's full name by HCW but perhaps I am not googling it well. In any case, since in Germany it's not a jury who decides it doesn't really matter IMO if he has been named. All the 'work' of finding out about him and exposing his life and past has been done by tabloids and here. I don't see how his rights have been breached. He has not even been officially interrogated yet.
