Wouldn't be surprised, if the prosecutors use the DM and HB rape-cases to link a unique modus operandi to CB, to be able to use these court-proven facts in the MM-case. That could mean, that they have some footage with a disguised perp on it...?!

IMO, they must have some similar footage in relation to the little girl. That's horrible.

I think so too. I keep it with the theory, that he produced a lot of that crap, to make money out of it. It would fit the "horrible job" statements, the appearence in padochats with fantasies of torturing little ones and filming it, whilst naming himself as "haraldmoney". So this footage must exist somewhere and the prosecuters found it in the last years with raiding the darkweb.
And the possible link to a unique modus operandi could link that footage to him. I'm hopeful, that HCW will soon release more info, to increase the pressure.

The one thing that strikes me about CB, is that he has (as far as we know) no record of murder. His friends too claim that he would have sold Madeleine on, not murder her. What would be his motive to kill her at the tender age of four, as the BKA is claiming?

Keep the possibility in mind, that the victim could have died "accidentally" whilst being tortured or abused. There is also the possibility, that it could have been the ultimate fantasy of a sadist. Every profiler would confirm, that these perps often use to take steps forward in their ultimate fantasy of playing god. Sometimes abuse and consuming much harder stuff on the web isn't just enough anymore.
Terrible to write about these things, but unfortuneatly it's a daily reality. Just look at the infamous german "masked man". He abused a lot of boys, but at least all three years, he took the life of one of these poor little boys. It's about crossing the "final frontier". Typical behavior of many psychopaths.
I've just watched the interview that Hazel did, she said he set up his video camera, seems like the PJ never really took any evidence for dna from the room, it's shocking.

So now we know these are new quotes, and HCW does directly say he thinks there will be charges in the next 3 months. To me it is odd he would brief that in advance but that just seems to be how HCW rolls
Thanks Lily , I think there was a tv appearance but has since been removed or not archived as I think she did the original tv interview in 2005 . The picture of her looks like it was taken from the tv interview. It is harrowing listening and it must have taken a lot of guts to come forward.

I found it peculiar as well , though I did think if there was no breakthrough in the MM case they may start with his other crimes he may have committed and see if anything can be related to the MM case in terms of MO .
The sample was destroyed. But of course they still have the results of the analysis.
It says HB was raped so I am presuming they have forensic samples from that, assuming she complained immediately after the assault. If that sample is not CB, then it's hard to see how he is the perp

Huge pedophilia platform on the Dark Web put out of action. A large pedophilia platform on the so-called dark internet has been put down in a police operation that had the participation of people from six countries. The platform was called "Boystown" and had 400,000 members who could chat together and exchange child *advertiser censored*. The German police were in charge of the operation, but received help from the police in the Netherlands, Australia, USA, Canada and Sweden, it is stated in a press release.
Four German men have been arrested in the case. They are a 40-year-old man from Paderborn, a 49-year-old from Munich and a 58-year-old living in Paraguay. In addition, a 64-year-old has been arrested. In Sweden, the police state that no one has been arrested yet, but that there may well be arrests in the case.
Europol reports that several other child abuse chat forums were shut down in the same action.
