Judge Kyle says this trial might take 5 weeks or maybe a little more and asked the potential jurors who would find it difficult to serve on a trial of this length.
So far 26 potential jurors have said it would be difficult for them.

One juror with a medical condition said the temperature in the courtroom is too cold and could cause him to become ill.

When asked if they were familiar with this case, roughly 20 people raised their hands. That's the majority of the remaining potential jurors.
