Gardenista, yeah, my nbc2 has no sound on the YouTube live feed, but I just discovered that CourtTV, if you can get it, has both views simultaneously. CourtTV does have commercials, but they recap main parts when they come back on.

It was a chance phone call from Illinois that led two detectives to interview a person, Ross said. Investigators went to Missouri/Illinois three times during the Sievers murder investigation, she said.

"Mark Sievers is charged with first-degree premeditated murder and conspiracy to commit that murder," Ross said. Sievers is charged as a principal, which means he did not have to be present at the time of the murder, Ross said.

Sometime in June 2015, Curtis Wayne Wright Jr. decides to go to Florida. He doesn't hide this and tells others he is going, Mummert said. On this trip, Wright brings Jimmy Rodgers, Mummert said.

Teresa left the family trip early in June 2015 to return to work at her medical practice, Mummert said. She arrived home late on June 28, 2015, Mummert said.

Mummert said Wright and Rodgers let themselves into the Sievers home the same day Teresa Sievers is set to return home. After, Wright and Rodgers went to Walmart then to the Sievers medical practice, Mummert said.
 
Mummert states Mark Sievers wife is dead and he wants to know why. He says that person responsible is CWW. A long time friend of mark Sievers. CWW was good with computers, so he would perform maintenance on the Sievers medical computers, and can access their computers virtually through a VPN. Mark went to CWW’s wedding. In June, CWW decides to go to Florida, let’s people know he’s going. CWW receives a check for $600 for his computer work from the medical practice. CWW brings his friend JRR to Florida. JRR and MS don’t really know eachother. MS and his family are celebrating Teresa mother’s birthday. Teresa leaves early because she’s the doctor and the only person that can see to her patients medical care. She flies back to Florida on June 28. JRR and CWW go to the Sievers home. They used the alarm code 1313. CWW has been to the home many times. They then leave and go to Walmart to buy some clothes. This part is CWW’s story: “ CWW says they then go check out the practice to see if it’s a good site for the murder. They go to the beach and then park at an apartment complex before going back to the Sievers home. They put on jumpsuits and duck tape their wrists. They pry on the door to stage a burglary. Curtis will say he’s in the garage when the garage opens. That when Teresa walks in, he picks up a hammer and attempts to make a rear naked chokehold, but kicks a dog bowl, so he hits her with a hammer. Three times before he says his shoulder is bothering him. Then JRR also had a hammer and began swinging wildly ultimately killing Teresa. Then they panic and leave, and Curtis drops the hammer in the kitchen. Then CWW disposes of his jumpsuit and JRR does not. “
I’ll tell you why that part of the narrative isn’t correct.
 
Detective Lebid has several theories that CWW is bisexual, that mark had his wife killed for life insurance, that Teresa wanted a divorce. CWW denied being in the house. CWW later said I was in the house but in a different room. Then the third statement, CWW said he struck Teresa three times but jimmy did the rest. Then a few months later, CWW agrees to cooperate with state. Agrees to help find further evidence, agrees to testify.
