Mark is even dumber than I thought!

Earlier on Court TV they went over four DP trials and
none got the DP. I seriously doubt Mark has to worry
about receiving the Death Penalty. I think because
even if he's guilty and responsible for arranging it, he
had no victim contact. JMO tho'.

The jury has decided to do one more witness. The state called Christine Rose, a crime scene technician with the Lee County Sheriff's Office.

I think they probably thought the witness would be a bit more exciting than this one. Maybe Taylor. They won't make that mistake again (and stay late)!

This was from CourtTV::
According to court filings by the defense, the main attorney during this phase Michael Mummert isn't yet death penalty qualified. But you are right, his new co-counsel Greg Messore is an experienced death penalty qualified attorney. Perhaps one of our attorney guests was referring to Sievers' original legal team, where neither were death penalty qualified. I'll be sure to pass your message along and thanks for being a viewer.

We're done for the day after hearing from a crime scene technician. We'll pick back up on the #MarkSieversTrial on Monday morning at 8:30. Jurors, as usual, told to go home and not talk about the case with anyone. I'll have your full wrap of the day @winknews at 6pm.
