Downs received a phone call from Shomaker in late January 2016 and said that with everything going on with the case she was in fear and if they could provide her any assistance.

She was able to receive witness assistance program: $1,000 for new lodging and $400 a month

Yes it confirmed he had a condo in Missouri, Downs said.

There was documentation, a plane ticket, things of that nature, he said.

Downs said it showed that Rodgers bought it in Florida, Shomaker told him he gave it to her as a gift.

Downs said the t-shirt was purchased in a Lee County Walmart where Wright and Rodgers were seen on camera.
