They are transferring him to Wayne County Jail, per the 5:00 newscast linked above.

The long breaking news segment last night stated they had DNA in the case he was charged on. So, it doesn't matter if the lips look a little off in the drawing, lol.

For those that were asking, Channel 4 said he's on his way to Wayne County jail to get booked right now. They are also sending in DNA from the Allen Park sexual assault earlier this month to see if there are any connections since the sketches seem to be similiar.

I hope they are checking DNA from other places he is known to have lived or visited, e.g. Ann Arbor.

It has been posted. The parents are staying strong and say they wait gracefully for justice as Danielle would have.
They knew FG as the security guard at Danielle's work and describe him as approachable.
I'm not sure what you mean by approachable?

From the link:
"Attorney Jim Williams, who is representing the man, told WWJ Newsradio he wants the public to know that his client is innocent of all charges.

...

A police source told WWJ Newsradio that the man’s Berkley home was searched in connection with Stislicki’s disappearance shortly after she went missing. Even one of his own family members has been outspoken about her suspicions. Williams says everyone is just jumping to conclusions.

'I can’t really justify anything the sister-in-law has to say. She’s certainly mentally challenged and has no respect at all for the criminal justice system. She’s decided to finger her brother-in-law for reasons unknown to me,' he said. 'And the police haven’t sought charges against anyone as far as we know. So, I don’t know what the police are doing. It’s been there for six months and there’s nothing more coming down.'" (BBM)

I have friends and family members who are attorneys. I have also worked professionally with some who are not only good at what they do, but are also good people.

WTH is wrong with Jim Williams? What does he mean by "She’s certainly mentally challenged ..."!? There is no indication that the SIL suffers from an intellectual disability, although she has been open about other challenges she has faced.

I have so much to say about him as a so-called "professional" and his statement above and the numerous, atrocious statements he has made elsewhere, but I am not going to stoop to his level. What a jerk.

Rant over ....

He has consistently shown himself to be totally void of ethics. He should be disbarred for some of the comments he made to and about her on SM, IMHO.

Wow! That explains why she quieted down. I didn't know this until now.

What a rat *advertiser censored* . Protection order... smh. I'm
Sure it was his attorneys doing... so when this does go to trial SIL testimony will be questioned .:/

This is what Danielle's mother said.

"Floyd was very friendly and approachable to many, many people in that building," Anne Stislicki said. "Absolutely (I would talk to him). Floyd would watch many folks who would work late at night, would watch you walk to your car to make sure you were OK."

Excuse me while I barf: Galloway's attorney said his client cannot believe he Is being charged and his attorney agreed

I think if he does end up being the one, this would make it even more hurtful. He was someone that had their trust :(

I have a quick question: As Galloway was not/has not been charged with Stiliski's disappearance, how can LE use the evidence they acquired from his house in other cases?

DNA, perhaps? Without getting graphic, I would think his DNA was on the jogger attacked in the park. Just MVHO. Believe me, I'm no expert in this matter.

If she fought, as indicated, she could very well have scrapings of him under her nails.
Once DNA goes into a database, it's there for comparison. No other case needed.

I don't really know personally, but I found this....
https://www.justice.gov/archives/ag/advancing-justice-through-dna-technology-using-dna-solve-crimes

In cases where a suspect has not yet been identified, biological evidence from the crime scene can be analyzed and compared to offender profiles in DNA databases to help identify the perpetrator. Crime scene evidence can also be linked to other crime scenes through the use of DNA databases.

So my assumption is that since search warrants were issued for his home and stuff, that could be viewed as the "crime scene" since we really don't know what it is that they saw in there or found. The DNA from the jogging assault was in the system already and then it produced a hit? Even though he wasn't charged for that or named a POI, they have evidence a crime was committed within his home. I think for this case they are waiting for her/her body so they can charge him "fully" for what he did.

But then what I don't understand is...today on the news they said Allen Park Police are going to send in the DNA from a sexual assault that happened there this month, to see if it is a match. Why wouldn't it already be there or would it have to be retested or something else? Maybe it was just the way they stated it on the news, since it doesn't say that in the article. But that didn't make sense to me, if the DNA taken from the jogger incident is what the connection was to Dani.

I'm wondering if DNA matched or he took souvenirs or something.
