imo(i do not know how to link from one case to another) Recently on the Holly Bobo page someone mentioned a case where the suspect's DNA was all over the victim and all over her home but the jury did not find him guilty. It was suggested the DNA could have been transferred to her when they both came in contact in some innocent way. So if something has happened to Jessica DNA WILL NOT BE ENOUGH.

It was the case where a WOMAN was found not guilty and I think it was because she was a woman. She was supposedly paid by a doctor to kill Julliana Redding, the case was featured recently on 48 Hours and you can see it here:

I saw that. Never have I seen so much evidence disregarded by a jury. Somehow the defense must have planted a huge 'reasonable doubt' in the jurys mind in order to get that verdict.
 
Family pushing for Jessica's Law in Michigan. Jessica's Law says that, if a store doesn't have a surveillance camera, then it should at least have two employees on hand between eleven PM and five AM.

I think 11 PM is a little late. IMO a convenience/gas store should have 2 at least after dark.

ITA. Jessica was abducted before 11:00PM, and the Exxon station is only open until 11:30. I don't think that any female should work alone in a gas station/convenience store during the late evening hours. :moo:

MUSKEGON, Mich. (WOOD) — The boyfriend of missing Norton Shores woman Jessica Heeringa is facing three felony drug charges.

Dakotah Quail-Dyer appeared in front of a Muskegon County judge Thursday morning around 11:30 a.m.

According to court documents, Quail-Dyer is facing charges for selling and delivering marijuana on March 5, May 5 and May 29.

He was arrested Wednesday night on the charges...

My opinion is it should start about 9pm. I also do not care if there are cameras or not; there should be 2 persons working after 9pm; period.

Almost all abductors when found have more than one car or at least the use of other cars. This could be a real lead to Jessica.:fence:

I wonder why he decided to sell marijuana?
Does he not work?
He used to have a job at one time.
Making poor decisions does not help his son.
If he wants to sell marijuana, then he needs to MOVE to where
it is LEGAL to sell it with a business license and not JEOPARDIZE his life with his son.
What was he thinking??

Exactly. I find it funny how people in the middle of these investigations have no clue they are being watched and they go and do stupid stuff like this. LE is often poised and ready to take advantage of any transgression in order to press the poi for information.

Look at Misty Croslin and Ronald Cummings. Someone got away with murdering that child, but they're both in prison for more than 20 years for stupidity....LOL

It is interesting to note that he didn't get busted for it on March 5th, or May 5th
or May 29th, the three times he sold marijuana to an undercover officer.
The article mentions that on Wednesday night he was arrested on the charges.

Maybe there is more to the story about When he started selling and to Whom
he was selling to?
