Hindsight is always 20-20, but I too had some doubts...primarily based on the lack of blood found on the jacket. Granted it had been washed, but by LE accounts, the crime scene inside the condo was gruesome with a large amount of blood. I would have thought there would have been more evidence of blood found on the jacket with the violent nature of the attack (imo).
Also,
- The screams...
Sure, a witness later said something about some protests in the street nearby,
but a protest at night?
-the open door...
It was insinuated the victim was waiting for somebody...
- the opening of the back door...
IDK
As I said I was not following this trial in detail
so I possibly missed vital info.
But this investigation was weird from the start.
Well, that was my impression.
To end,
I asked a question about a burglar killing.
In my country, in Europe,
burglars are burglars - not murderers.
They move like ghosts, soundlessly and they
steal - not kill.
I cannot remember a case described in Media when a burglar/thief attacked/killed somebody.
But then,
burglars usually observe the houses and enter when the houses are empty.
So,
I will wait for the verdict.
The Jury will decide.
