Sunday Sept 6, 2015

Henry joins at least two friends, CJ and WPK at POV's on Central (Hwy 65) sometime after 8:30PM.

1:40AM
CJ sees Henry leave with WPK

2:15 AM
According to WPK, Henry asks to be dropped off at a gas station. CCTV confirms this as the Holiday on Central.

Around 2:28AM
A call is placed from Henry's phone to KM and leaves a 2 minute voice mail that includes sounds of "walking""falling""growls""moans""like he got hurt" and towards the end is a voice saying "stop it."
A call is placed to Henry's brothers phone from Henry's phone and leaves a voice mail containing cries and sounds of being hurt.
Phone ping information places him in the vicinity of Mississippi Ave and Silver Lake Rd. The phone is off after this.

(We do not know which call came first)

KM contacts MCPS and files a missing person report with Mounds View PD

Thanks Vail^^ Do we know for sure that there were actually two phone calls? One to his wife and one to his brother? I thought the report of one to the brother was wrong and there was only one late night creepy phone call.

I updated the map to include better descriptions and have added another possible home address that I found doing some searching. https://www.google.com/maps/d/edit?mid=z2VLvG6QAl8U.khcSbsGgLOD0&usp=sharing

Fox is still the only outlet insisting there was a call to the brother's phone.

Police also recently discovered McCabe called not only his wife that night, but his brother and left a voicemail. Although the message is hard to understand, the emotion heard in McCabe’s voice adds to the mystery.

IMO it looks like he drove straight south from Pov's to the Holiday on Central Ave/65. To get to H's he would have taken 10 East. IF I have the correct location for his residence that is. I could be totally off base - and I still don't get it!

We have a "suggestion" as to H's intoxication level - friend took away his wallet so he could not buy more drinks. I wonder if WPK did not know where H lived, and perhaps H's was so intoxicated he was not able to tell WPK, only requested to be left off at the service station, which isn't exactly close to H's residence. I think if H was in the Mississippi River, he would have been found by now.

Good thoughts. I'm hoping the video from Holiday shows something more definitive.

"Suggestion" is a good way to put it. Or friend is trying to come up with an innocent reason for him having HM's wallet...

There is no way to make that walk in 13 minutes

Interesting PARTS of this story:

"We have so many people that are a part of the Liberian community, and only a few have helped us with the search," Thelma Tolbert, a family friend of McCabe, said. "This is the time that we need to show up and help our brothers and sisters."

"Ground searches may soon be suspended due to lack of evidence."

"If you have any issues with immigration or legal ones you will not be prosecuted," Chief David Singleto said. "Please just come forward with information that you may have about Henry."

I agree if he were shuffling along, there's no way to make that walk in 13 minutes. It's a pace of 7.8 miles per hour, which is a fast jog, but he only did it for 13 minutes.

The rest of this story sort of doesn't hang together, so I don't really believe it, but I don't think it should be discounted only on the belief that he couldn't cover 1.7 miles in 13 minutes if he wanted to.

6mph is a 10 minute mile for an average runner who has trained. Somehow, even for 13 minutes, I don't see H running a 7.8 mile pace - unless he was trying to escape from someone/something and running as fast as he possibly could.

The phone message to his wife stated, "They are afraid." Afraid of what? H's message also said, "Police." Maybe these are indicators that he was trying to escape.

Let;s not forget he also said "Papus"

They are now offering a reward. The weird thing is when this was first posted it also included the information the HM did not have a passport so he could not have left the country. I now can not find that story on their website at all. This is the only news channel I follow on FB so I know it was posted by them.
