This was the first thing I heard today on our morning news (it's Friday morning here).
57 months ... could be out mid-2022. And the judge saying "I hope you use this experience to do good".

The difference in how this case was handled vs the numerous cases of police shooting unarmed people is evident. The way in which this case is even discussed in this thread is biased.

There are obviously different rules for different races.

Well, to the best of my recollection, since this is an older case. this poor woman was shot by a cop who shot her through the police car door when she came out of her home with her robe on. That was horrible and there is no other way to look at it- why is this different? explain
different rules. The cop who murdered her wound up with a lesser sentence.
