All medical records lost in Katrina... Was she worked up again to document her medically fragile state? I wonder.

That was ten YEARS ago... there would be a ton of other medical records since then.
Given her list of conditions there would be Oncology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, just to start.
These would be easy conditions to provide proof of. :twocents:

Do you consider her agreeing to sex rape as well?

Not if she is an adult with an adult mind, no.
If she ACTUALLY has cognitive delays that make her unable to consent?
Then possibly. But I haven't seen any evidence of that at this point. :twocents:

In the video interview with the step-dad of the McD's customer (holy pervert, batman!), he says "there's nothing wrong with her, walking talking...".

Obviously, there is SOMETHING wrong with this girl. However, if she can pull off appearing able-bodied to people, she's not nearly as ill as people thought she was.

From what I know (I work with disabled adults) they are legally an adult at 18 regardless of mental capacity. My own nephew is 20 with the mind of a 12 year old. He is in a home for mentally handicapped. He doesn't like to use personal hygiene. Since he's over 18, that's his "right", just like it would be yours or my right in our own homes. But he can't be "made" to shower because he is an "adult". P.S. Bribery works well with him ;)

On a completely different note--- I know there has been question of her mental capacity. I find GR's interviews interesting. She has a fairly developed speech pattern, using complicated sentences which indicates a more sophisticated thinking process.

I don't know about her health and will wait until things become confirmed one way or another.

I hope whoever killed her mother is prosecuted to the full extent possible.

Hi, I'm super new here (although I've read a ton of posts, I haven't ever made a post until now).
I have special needs kids, so I've been very affected by this since Gypsy was reported missing, and I've followed everything.
I have to mention that the only person so far who's said that she wasn't in a wheelchair and that she "seemed fine" is the registered sex offender stepdad. He seemed waaaaay too nonchalant in that interview ("he's supposed to have done something in Missouri," he says casually).

That simply can't be true...personal copies of records kept in the home might be ruined....but only a small portion of the city flooded, and medical facilities have computer records and backup systems to store records. Even if an office computer was ruined, the records can easily be accessed from another computer.

Also, let's keep in mind that the stepson was only arrested for his conduct in McDonald's after it happened repeatedly. Watching *advertiser censored* in public is one unsavory thing, but he wasn't just *watching* *advertiser censored* in public, according to that article. If that doesn't signal that a serious screw is loose with that guy, I don't know what does.

That is also the only person we have heard from that has seen Gypsy alone without her mother.
The police holding her at the jail tells me they think she is fine as well.

Welcome!!

This woman was murdered, I'm not going to worry about how sick her daughter was or wasn't, I'm sure her friends and family and the police most of all know the truth, I don't need medical records I will take their word for it until the police tell everyone to the contrary.

Also about the wheelchair, I use one too but not all the time I use a walker as much as possible and can walk short distances if I use walls etc, so this may be the case if her wheelchair wasn't with her. If the step father said she was just fine, I'm sorry but that family seems a little dysfunctional at best.

I understand peopleare jaded, the world is a crazy place with some sick people in it, but imo I start with compassion first until another emotion is required.

In 2005 a lot of medical records were not digital yet.
Though I agree, all records being destroyed is hard to believe.

So why are the cops holding her at the jail if she is so ill??
Seems like a stupid move if they don't want a lawsuit. :twocents:

Officer stated she had a guardian ad litem, but that she was an adult when asked when she might return to Missouri. I can't find the second video. Here is the first one.

There is a comment on the prayer page. A lady knows the family. She does walk and they shave her head. (Rumor only). Hmmmmm......

She will always be the victim in my eyes. No jury will convict her. Mistrial. Mistrial. Mistrial.

She was duped into this if involvement is shown.

I'm not sure what you are looking for? Maybe join the facebook prayer group and ask her friends, I never said I'm 100% sure, I don't know them personally.

You seem extremely certain, so if I were you, I would ask someone who knows more, I am just someone concerned for the family not a VI.

Awesome sleuthing! I wonder when he'll be officially named?

Lol: I *won't* share the search terms I used to find that article; they have resulted in some very "interesting" ads showing up. My computer is going to need some brain-bleach.

(BTW, further searching of court records reveals he was only convicted of disorderly conduct & fined.)

My point exactly. Sounds like mother was able to vouche for her and ironically she ended up back with the same doctor she had 2 years earlier in New Orleans,

"The 19-year-old,*Gypsy Blancharde, was found in Big Bend, Wisconsin, early on Monday with a man who has been labeled a "person of interest," according to KY3."

Was it a scam?
Mom said she even lost her wheelchair in Katrina, Why would anyone leave that behind?
Mom never used the motorized scooter when she went out?
Well I did see it in a few pictures. Weird!

Regrouping: this is what is fact

Strange Facebook post FROM the victim's personal Facebook. Someone had to have a smartphone or tablet that belonged to the victim or the PASSWORD

Facebook post turns out to be true

Mother, Claudinnea "Dee Dee" Blanchard found dead inside the home.

Stated to be a violent death by LE

Search efforts by LE for the missing and ENDANGERED daughter, Gypsy Rose Blancharde

Evidence found via "social media, email, etc" during a search of the home by LE that led them directly to Big Bend, WI

MO LE contacted WI LE for a "well being check"

WI LE conducted what looked more like a tactical assault at THE residence in Big Bend, WI and found Gypsy Rose Blancharde ALIVE and SAFE in the home along with a 25 year old person of interest

Gypsy Rose Blancharde and still unnamed person of interest are placed in police custody

Step dad of person of interest stated to MSM "“There's nothing wrong with her. She's OK. She walks and talks and does everything fine,” Goldammer said. “I don't really know anything about her except him and her were talking to each other online. It's his girlfriend, and he went down there to get her and brought her back up here. That's about all I know.""

A person named Charles Goldammer is registered as a sex offender at the address where Gypsy Blancharde was located

The person of interest has NOT been named as a suspect

Gypsy Rose Blancharde has not been reunited with her family, returned to Missouri and/or spoken about by LE in a positive light/victim point of view.

True--they may not have been all digital if they used a small town GP or FP physician, but these diagnosis were serious and required specialists. I worked within the state medical/hospital system in Louisiana from 1982-85 and we were using computers then.
