Elizabeth was listed as an “endangered missing person” and the FBI had joined the case, White said. The sheriff said it did not appear that the girl had run away from home, but no Amber Alert had been issued because there was no evidence of an abduction or foul play.

I hope the presser at 1 includes an Amber Alert. This has been covered on the STL local stations this morning and the noon shows.

So - no abduction, didn't run away - no foul play = no amber alert. So what the he$$ does that leave?

Not sure if they happened to stop him in a traffic stop or what. Looks like as many times as he's been arrested for failing to register that the cops are watching him. I just wonder if this mug shot is from today or is a past pic... what's going on with his lip?
