ETA:I googled the sheriff and found the babie's name. And yes he is who I was thinking about.
The one who saw the truck too was awesome. I am glad he recieved a new truck. He deserved a BIG reward.

Yea, Mitchell came from a low income family he was an outcast kid yet if it wasn't for him (I believe) neither Shawn nor Ben would have ever been found!
I have often wondered if he got any of the reward money from either case. He truely deserved it.

I was thinking about the video that AB made with her brother's touching the Electric fence. Some people said that it looked like kids just goofing around which it does and would except for AB's remarks on the focus on her brother's getting hurt. In hindsight now, that is not just about kids goofing around. AB wanted her brothers to get hurt. I also noticed one of the brothers kicking the other when he was down on the ground. Not good!

As far as parents not being responsible-sorry, in this case I am sure that they are. There is plenty of research that will indicate what things probably happened to AB and maybe her sibs that turned her into what she is. People can handle some things to their core beings, but not too many. I imagine AB had incredibly numerous ones to turn her into what she is today. Very sad, because when she was born into her horrific life, she did not ask for it.

My DD played basketball in high school have been to Crocker, Richland, Dixon, Laquey, Plato all many times and have graced many bleechers with my presence and its good to talk to all my "neighbors"

Funny you should mention that. I remember thinking the same thing....those boys have no shoes on! Wouldn't a pair of rubber soled shoes give you some grounding when touching that fence? Who would have known that they'd get a bigger shock without the shoes? AB? And did she check that out before encouraging them to do it?

which could be why she implied they were "faking" when shocked. I feel she did not believe them as touching it and they were scared to (probably because she had them do it before recording it) ​

It has to stop horses and cattle, so you really feel it. Yet she held on. I think that's an example of how desensitized to pain, her own, others', that she was becoming even at 13.

I was wondering if she was faking touching it to get them to. However, I remember doing "mean" things to my sis... but for some reason this seems diff... maybe it's just the hindsight thing.

I think she really was holding onto it b/c when she lets go it kinda vibrates from the tension of being pulled.

do electric fences pulsate? My hubby said they did so if u did touch it then when it pulsates you can let go?? Or something like this effect.

This creeps me out. I have a spinal cord stimulator and it does the pulsates thingy for pain control. I know a electric fence is probably way more shock than my stimulator. When or if I turn my stimulator up to high I can't stand it. ​
