I would like to see the phone records. I think I'll sit back on this one for awhile. Something doesn't smell right.
The lights being on should not be a big deal. When my husband is not home I tend to turn on the porch lights and might even leave a light on in the kitchen. She may have left lights on for her husband so he wouldn't bump into things when he came in from work.
My children have some lamps that you turn on by touch. They have a 60 watt bulb so the first touch is 20 watts, the second is 40 watts, and the third touch is 60 watts. They may have used a lamp in her room as a night light. It's easier to check on your baby in the night if it isn't pitch black.
We also have sound machines in all the children's rooms. That way if our dog barks, or one of the kids call out it doesn't wake the other kids.
I think the suspicion comes from us not wanting to believe that this was random. If it is random that means it could truly happen to any of us.
Ron Ikenberg sat on his front porch Wednesday night and watched FBI and police continue to search for Lisa.
"An FBI agent was in that dumpster ripping open bags of trash just to see if there was any evidence. They have been thorough. All we can do is keep your eyes open and call police if we see anything suspicious," said Ikenberg.
In the last two days police said they have searched at least 300 homes surrounding the north Kansas City home where 10- month-old Lisa Irwin was last seen at 10:30 Monday night.
People like Ron and Jasmine Thatch opened their doors when police asked to search.
“They just walked through and asked names; police looked in closets," said Jasmine Thatch.

The fact that dad gave names of 9 possible suspects is very concerning. How many of us, God forbid, would have a child taken and think of 9 suspects?
I feel the same. I thought the way she moved from bouts of sobbing to speaking clearly and calmly was a very valid display of emotion. I cried with her. I pray today is the day Lisa is returned.Catching up here, have read all three threads this morning. Just wanted to say I just watched this video and it is obvious to me Lisa's mother is simply terrified for her little girl....please Lord I pray, let precious Baby Lisa be found, alive and safe, today.
The dad was just interviewed on Fox News Channel by Megan Kelly. He said the LE told him the window was not a point of entry and no forced entry at door that the door was probably left unlocked.
It's really strange why the cell phones were taken.
The obvious would be to prevent 911 from being called, but that would mean the perp(s) knew there was no land line.
The perp(s) may call someone on the contact list for a ransom. But they don't appear to be rolling in money unless they have a wealthy relative?
Maybe they are listed on a contact list. but surely LE has looked in to that?
