Fox2 just took the suspect to the house, handcuffed with a jacket over his/her head... they went into the house, and came back out with what the videographer caught was a baby doll? This is just strange. I saw the suspect walking, he/she is shorter than the detectives but from the legs I cannot determine man or woman. Looked like he/she was wearing gray sweatpants. This is just odd...

They also took the suspect to the cemetery before taking the suspect to the house.

I wonder what's going on? Is the granny back home and mom still at the police station?

The video at the above KMOV link shows this woman walking around with detectives at the scene where Tyler was found. She has dark hair and is wearing a blue jacket with grey sweatpants.

Almost... no one is at the house. Still roped off as a crime scene. Fox2 Helicopter pilot said he believes the suspect to be a woman, but he can't confirm that 100%. The LE car with the suspect is back at the County Jail. Fox2Now will be streaming live this morning. I'll BBL... carpool time!

Ok thanks.. Maybe I'll get online with the computer in a few...heartbreaking

It is a woman, she is handcuffed, and it appears to me to possibly be Tyler's mom.

He was 18 months according to that link. An 18 month old certainly can be capable of climbing out of cribs and unlocking doors (not that I think that's what happened in this case, just saying that the police are mistaken if they think there is "no way" that an 18 month old could do that). We had to move my oldest into a regular bed by 14 months because she would not stay in the crib and I was scared that she was going to hurt herself climbing in and out.

It is possible that the age reported in that article is incorrect. All of the other articles linked in this thread give his age as 1 year. JMHO.

:( This is just absolutely HEARTBREAKING ! :(

:rose: :rose: Rest in Peace, Tyler :rose: :rose:

:(

Very clear video of her being shown in the car on Fox2.
Sorry I have an old tv and no dvr so I didn't get screen shots.
The person looked like the girl above but she had glasses on though.

ETA that she was looking directly at the helicopter.

would LE normally take a suspect to where the body was found :waitasec:

Why don't they just give these babies to people who will love them? I don't understand it at all!

The guy that was brought up yesterday as possibly being her boyfriend but turns out he was probably just a friend had a pic of him and a woman on his facebook. The woman has dark hair. He now changed the pic to baby Tyler. Does anyone know if that pic was of Shelby? It didn't look like her but this guy seems to have some love interest with Shelby and I do believe they are a couple reading the postings on his FB wall.

Now I keep coming back to the pajamas... for two hours after this story broke the only photo available was of the pajamas he was wearing and a blanket that was missing. All facebook posts from local news outlets didn't have a picture of baby Tyler, but kept focusing on the pajamas. I searched walmart, kmart, target, amazon... all the regular places to buy pj's for kiddos and cannot find those particular pj's. Perhaps they were a garage sale find, and not currently on sale. Not that this means anything, but what are the odds of having two identical sets of pajamas? I've had 5 kids and cannot even recall buying identical pj's. Not that it can't happen, I just find it a little odd. And what are the odd's of him disappearing in the pj's that you just happen to have an identical set of to give to LE on the morning that you accidentally overslept.

What happened to baby Tyler and who is responsible?!?! This case is so totally heart breaking.

BBM: I totally agree.

The 2 sets of pajamas set my radar "off the chart" when I read about that yesterday -- and the facts of the case were still coming in, so I did not want to "jump" on it ...

I find it "hinky" ... and I do not believe in coincidences ... :innocent:

Yes, a child, anyone, can have 2 sets of the same pj's, clothes, etc. ...

But IMO ... very odd ...

MOO ...
