I don't think the boyfriend is lying. I think she left the car there earlier (maybe the night before) or slept in or something. The amscot employee saw it there at 7. IIRC he picked her up late morning.

LP stated something about that amscott dumpster besides the shocking info so I think there's something we don't know yet. Especially with this newly stated info from Tony. He has been mum so far so there's a piece to the puzzle we're not getting imo. Anyone ever find out if there are video cameras at amscott or another place close by?

The only problem I have with your post is your assumption that Casey was the one doing the cloroform searches. In my opinion, there is no way to prove WHO did those searches, no matter WHEN they were done.

The searches were done on Casey's computer and involved how to use chloroform. If Casey sent emails or messages to her friends during that same session, it would pretty much prove she was the one using the computer to do the searching.

Scott Peterson searched the "currents" in the SF Bay on his computer not long before Laci and Conner were murdered and sent to their watery grave in the SF Bay so clearly, computer forensics is an important investigative tool for LE. Not sure what to make of the cloroform but I'm sure we will hear more as time progesses.

IMO she wasn't into meth. Her new beau (AL) and that new crowd seems to come across as more of a "coke" or "X" crowd. Now in the 400 pg doc - that transcript of AL's interview - man I got a headache trying to follow him - IMO he was higher than a kite for that one! So, maybe - but I don't think so. I don't know that much about meth - but I would think there would have been more than just traces of that.

In the new arrest warrant - we know why she still had her phone - she wrote a check for $574.00 (wasn't that the phone bill or at least the new phone?) That check never got cashed - Amy found out about that one later on. AND - on the day AH came back from PR - KC cashed a $250. check at the bank. So, I wonder how much money she had on her the night she was arrested for the first time. I mean it was right after she picked AH up from the airport and then CA was hot on her tail.

Just said on the rerun of Nancy's show - it is not known when the chloroform searches were done on the computer. Nancy asked specifically when the searches were done.

EDIT: They're still going on about it. Nancy asked 3 or 4 different times.

I think they have her nailed just like tim said with in 3 miles maybe even 5 and i also think that with all the people power and dogs that have been combing the woods that if she were just barrried she woulda been found by now .If you remember a few days ago tim stated the water was so merky from the raains from that storm that they could have went right over caylee 3 or 4 times and not even have knowen so as i said on the ground and narrowing it down so much with all the pings and using all the people and dogs they would have found her ,this is why i think the LE put the money in to the swamp boats and tim is counting on using the boats because thats where they r gonna find her ..and i hate to even say this but with that being my beleif to where she really is it makes me wonder if she was allready giving off the odur of decomp ..now im in canada but isnt florida just filled with crocks and alligators i know its hard to even think of it but if she was smelling badlly and we know from cindy.s reaction she was it wouldnt take long to bring in the wild life and maybe just maybe that was a part of the plan..

Nancy FAILED to ask the Orlando reporter if she KNEW when Casey made the CLOROFORM searches.

That is a CRITICAL date.

I don't think those details have been released by LE, Sarge. We haven't seen or heard of them from any news source. I believe the info the media was given is simply that there was evidence of significant chloroform in the car and evidence of internet searches for chloroform on the computer that was seized within hours of Casey's arrest.

I thought Nancy did ask about dates, but if not I believe she did ask the field producer what all was known about the internet searches and the producer told what she knew. I think having the producer tell all that was known and the producer then obliging pretty much negates having to ask any further questions about it. If there had been dates, obviously the reporter would have given them.

Also, so far as I know, there is no information about who might have made those searches, either. And that is pretty darn critical, too. I guess we'll learn in time, but I sure would love to know who/when right now!

Yes, and LE requested it. But nothing has been released regarding them getting the tape or what was on it. I posted on post 359 a little I found out what check business like Amscot do and what kind of cameras they might have.

I think that is the first truth she has said. I think GA suspected the worse when he smelled the odor in the trunk. My guess is he has huge guilt in that he could have done something but would not allow himself to believe it. His reaction to a reporter asking about Caylee being in the trunk was overboard IMHO. More than just a grieving grandparent.

I am also a nurse and have been for 17 years and have never heard or seen Chloraform used in that time period. I have worked in surgery,labor and delivery, ob, home health and hospice.

If I remember acetone is the liquid usually used to remove maggots from a wound. I know that is gross but it happens. I saw it mentioned here that chloraform could be used for that purpose but if I remember correctly we used acetone. You irrigate the wound, it kills the maggots!!!! and doesn't damage the tissue.

Acetone as in nail polish remover?

Good to know in case I ever get a maggot-infested wound. Thanks for the tip!

That would mean it could have been parked there as early as the night of the 26th, after the manager had gone home for the day.
