The psychologists really annoy me. This one tonight said that Casey must have been badly hurt at some time in her life to act the way she does now. Nancy said that some people are just selfish and mean. I don't understand why women are never considered to be evil, but are always said to be abused or whatever. Nobody ever gives men these types of breaks. Women can be just as evil as men and not ever been sexually molested or hurt badly. At least no more than so many other normal women have been hurt during their life.

I, for one did not know............In many states, ANY re-arrest cancels all bonds - Florida evidently is not one of them.

Honestly, can the family use the money for their own personnel needs? Isn't that like people taking donations for the cancer walk and then keeping the money. That just does not sound legal.

Maybe someone needs to tell Nancy what has been found out about the fund to help find Caylee. It was closed. So the money anyone donates would not be going to help find Caylee - I'll be the've funneled it into a Casey defense fund or a "support the family" fund - you know make their house payments for them. There is not reason that Cindy cannot go back to work. She is not out looking for Caylee. I am sure the police would let her know when they find the chilkd. Casey is not talking to them - heck, Casey is never home to talk to anyone.

My bold. CinA is an RN, IIRC in administration or management, up here, she would be terminated ie fired for her public behaviour She is not representing the nursing profession in a good light. A nurse must always represent her profession well even when off duty. Would you want her as your nurse, supervisor, manager or ceo? I think not. She is at great risk of losing her job if she has not already lost it and also at great risk of losing her nursing license. IMEducatedO.


ETA: She has probably been asked not to report to work until this is settled, Can you imagine a media circus in a hospital or other work setting? It would not be tolerated. She would be asked to leave the premises and escorted out by security.

Yes all from Amy..I dont think any of these charges stem from the money she stole from family.

Yes she cashed a check of Amy's 250.00 at the Bank of America..they have video. The affadavit states that Target and Bank of America are pressing charges..nothing about the ATT and Winn Dixie, not saying they are NOT pressing charges but it doesn't state in there that they are.

Wasn't there something about Casey's Granny giving her a check for her birthday & casey stole money from the account by copying the account & routing #'s from the check?

To me that sounds worse than what she did to Amy

What about her Grand mothers account?

Is that the $250 from Bank of America?

I don't think any charges were pressed with regard to the grandmother's account. I tried to find more info on this and can't get confirmation. Hopefully someone else can confirm for sure. So far, it looks like the charges are pertaining to people outside of the family.

Most likely she did know about Florida, but brought it up to be explained because people in states where it is different would not know it had to be since the original arrest.

Not to sound like I don't have a heart but I don't care what happened to KC before all of this went down. There is no excuse for her behavior, the lieing, stealing from her own grandmother and parents, loosing her child, sleeping around all the time, no emotion unless it benifits her. No sane person acts like she does even if they have been abused.

She needs a reality check quick.

Wouldn't her GP's have to press charges? I'm totally not sure. Yes I did hear the same as you on the Gp's birthday check and routing numbers.

Now...to me...she is saying she is PETRIFIED of her mother's reaction. She is ANSWERING his question IN CONTEXT as it was asked.

Casey was right to be scared - the first thing Cindy did was drive Casey to a police station and then make three 911 calls.

Had she not done that we wouldn't be here now, and it seems that Casey knew that's what would happen.

And I've wondered about that part of it too. When exactly was "right off the bat"? That is what I wonder about. I know that she is referring to the moment when Cindy "found out" that Caylee was missing, but it doesn't really sound that way.

It's almost as if she was going to say something different. Something weird in the statement, I just can't pinpoint it.

I am sure Cindy has taken care of that so there are no charges. The next problem may be the nursing home where "gram-pa" is may file charges for elder abuse for taking the money from his nursing home money account. Even if Cindy put that back, she may not be able to avoid the fraud charges, as that is up to the nursing home and if they do not file a police report they would be held accountable.

She might be more effective with her inside voice but she's at her absolute best with her "no-voice" voice.

I don't think anyone was defending Casey's alleged economic crimes, at all ... just the absurd idea that Casey should remain in jail without bail or bond based on only those charges.

I may be mistaken, but I don't think anyone has implied rationally that she should. NG expressed outrage over ther revolving door, but I think that is all it is. Most everyone is outraged over the in-out-in-out going on because we feel frustrated. NG does too. NG can be infuriating sometimes, but I fault her producers for not keeping her as up to speed as she should be as a nat'l host. She IS an advocate for many. Btw- KC's atty seems to defend her economic crimes. If you have read any of the posts where I have replied to you, you may see that to some degree I agree with what you are saying. Many of you posts are valid, but I will say that the tone of many of them are kinda rude. MOO.
