I agree. Children are much kinder than adults I find. I guarantee that the teachers in the schools will be well prepared beforehand to deal with any issues that may arise.

I know many of you didn't follow the custody trial and therefore have found it difficult when some of us used it as terms of reference as the two years progressed and we used the social media posts to highlight discrepencies in MM's story. I think I have been honest when I have said I came into this believing that this whole story was a tragedy and that I believed (initially anyway) that MM loved those kids and that was, in my mind, the reason for events unfolding that night. She could not bear to be parted from them and that is what drove her anger.

I have just watched the three (yep they now have THREE separate videos on ABC's 20/20 FB page) I have never seen manipulation like it. I followed MM on FB and Instagram and watched her beg and plead for people to understand her, to understand her love for those children, for people to understand that there were things she 'could not discuss' that she was 'prevented from telling us'. I saw her erase JC from these platforms, He was 'the abuser' lurking in the background, threatening this happy life. But now, now when it suits HER narrative, suddenly JC is back in the picture...suddenly when ABC want the backstory there are pretty pictures of Jason & Molly the loving couple, so people can wonder where it all went wrong?!

She used Jack's bat and now it was Sarah's fault her Dad woke up...she has just given these children a life sentence. That woman has no soul!

The print media is dying and will stoop to any sensationalist level to flag their falling sales and the news media is highly competitive in this day and age of sky boxes and 24 hour news channels so journalistic standards have gone by the board. About the only station which will show any restraint is RTE and that's only because its protected from market forces by the license fee, its not because RTE is run by angels.

RTE actually showed some of them on the main 6 o'clock news. It is the sign of the times unfortunately but as Stephan said, doubtful if such photos would be released if this was a crime that happened in Ireland.

I missed the Six One news tonight on RTE but I hope they didn't show much because its the news that's watched in every household over the evening tea - whatever they showed Jason's family would have seen.

They showed 2 photos on the 9 o'clock news, one of the bedroom which didn't show very much and the one of the brick and bat leaning up against the chest of drawers.

The fact that there even was a custody battle shows she has no soul. She killed a man and then drags his family through the courts to take the children away from them, thank God she's locked up.

Every word the truth . I'm going to call it for tonight I can't leave this evil occupy my mind any longer . I've said it before but no low that she will not go in her quest for freedom. Evil Barren and Cold

ABC had crime scene photos first, the only way they could have got them was via defence lawyers,
Defence lawyers obviously viewed this footage in advance, but did not allow her to testify.
What did they see in this footage and transcript that made them so sure she would not pass cross examination?
That it is being aired now suggests defence want it aired to gain public favor for forthcoming appeal..

Hope it backfires with scandalous results for them (with malice)

I say again, she was too lazy to get a job. she acts fine.
 
To all, as jury foreman, we voted on all the evidence provided...no injuries to Molly or her dad...none! Even during the sentencing today, Molly was rubbing her neck just as she did that horrific night..possibly a nervous action on her part...we studied in court actions, demeanor, and the evidence, most that the general public have not seen, and wouldn't want to....we decided on 2nd degree for both, but feel Molly was the aggressor, and her dad wanted to take the heat for her actions...he admitted participating, so "in concert" means equal responsibility to both. Things are not as slam dunk as you think unless you are in the jury room weighing the evidence...we did not jump to conclusions...that is why we all slept on our decisions before handing over or verdict...it is not easy signing your name to a document to put someone away for a minimum of 20 years...no parole possibility until 20 years are served...I wish this type of jury duty on no one...it was not easy....

Shane and Becky, I was the jury foreman...every one of us believe Jason was asleep when he was hit for the first time. The evidence we saw supports that, but since 1st degree was not on the table, the prosecution had to work with their story. What is printed in the papers or online is not always accurate. We saw nearly ,300 evidence exhibits during the trial, and asked for some to look at while deliberating...we didn't jump to conclusions...Molly was far from being an Angel...and her dad foolishly took the heat for her actions...you had to see the evidence to get the whole story...

Start by painting him as an unfeeling brute.. saying and demonstrating wordlessly..
BUT, if the child sees this, a child who quite possibly slept well all night, having returned from a party very late that night, it could well damage her.

Thats the danger with this thrash.
We can read it with adult eyes.. a child cannot.

Molly's failed acting career suggest she was too lazy to work.
She's a brilliant actress.
Perhaps she will join a drama group in prison..
Yesterday I was prepared to feel sorry for her defence lawyers who must have had such a whacking job keeping her quiet that they were inwardly relieved when she went away in that prison vehicle.

For ABC to produce a defence testimony implicating a minor is about as low as any media source can reach.
Their arranged pre-trial publicity would and should be reported to The American Bar Association.

Also, and I have said it before, but if anybody has energy share holders of all these media companies need to be investigated, along with ME and his previous depositions-to-media justifying the slaughter of JC.

I agree with you completely, kitty. Most of the media here in the US, is very dishonest. Why would they run this program, after the guilty verdict?
