Yes, it is, Softail -- not as much volume, but hardly any distortion or ambient noise. Much clearer as to hearing each word, etc.

I've never been to court out here in Johnston Co., but Smithfield is a smaller town. Nowhere near the size of say Raleigh or Charlotte. I believe this is the first case I've seen live from Smithfield.
