BBM...I hope that RC and MC cooperate fully, and that this is not done just for some benefit to themselves.
So far there is no word about who Nejame is going to be representing right now, other than Tim Miller.
One can be assigned a public defender, but at any time, replace them with a private attorney if they are able to arrange to do so. Mark Nejame is a prominent attorney in
criminal defense---not a public defender in any county, so obviously that is a moot point.
