Thanks Soulmagent! I have never walked through one. So your experience is noted!
and thanks Amber.... I have read so much in the last few weeks, it's a bit of information overload LOL
Much appreciated
I know I keep having to go back to things because I find myself questioning myself on if I read it right.
What a strange spot for a hair to be found btw and someone has eagle eyes.
"Generally, since 2007, there have been significant advances in forensic testing ... the clearest way to do this is with scientific testing," Kathleen Zellner told Dateline NBC's Andrea Canning in her first TV interview since taking the case. "Am I going to tell you exactly what it is? I am not. But it's been a long time. There was a lot of evidence that wasn't tested."
someone tweeted to Zellner about this photo...

there is a hair hanging from the vent under the steering wheel. I wonder if that was collected, I don't remember reading anything about hairs collected (even if matched to TH)
I watched the dream/killer docu this morning and have to admit I can't wait to see Kratz & Co. have to face the music with her...I so hope we get to see their downfall (but I doubt it). I also have to say that while Zellner is very impressive in that documentary, the true hero for me was Ferguson's father, as he was vastly instrumental in assisting her in freeing his son. :justice:
Do you per chance know what year Ryan became a licensed nurse? Was he a licensed RN in 2005?
I read an article that I'll try to find saying he had recently finished nursing school at the time of the murder and was unemployed at that time. I'll see if I can dig it up

I think someone said this the other day too, maybe you? It's like a little kid hiding behind a curtain and thinking you can't find them!
What makes me the most suspicious about the RAV4 is... they were open for business tues/wed/thur/fri, no one noticed it? I think it was reported that Charles was down that way crushing cars, or someone was.... they didn't notice it either? I really do think that the way it was covered would make it stand out more. And this salvage yard was their whole life... they knew what to find where, it would definitely be out of place. So even if SA did this... he took a chance that CA/EA/AA or anyone found it.
Sorry, I don't agree. You have multiple family members taking in new vehicles all the time and they don't necessarily know what EA or CA took in the day before or mom and dad for that matter.
His dad was instrumental in getting his son's injustice all the national attention the case garnered.
There is testimony from Mrs. Z that he was angry when the police called him on November 3rd. I think outside of the jury, Strang says he was threatening to have the dog eat anyone who came on their property, saying TH WAS a trespasser and he would shoot her, and apparently he gave LE a series of lies for that afternoon for what he and his grandson were doing that afternoon. I am actually leaning towards she went back to the Zipperers AFTER the Avery's.
I'm not sure if the woman at Auto Trader is all that believable, or maybe that's not fair.... I don't think she recalls her conversations as well as she said. I wonder how many photographers she talks to in a day? She said that TH said it WAS the Avery brothers. Using was, not is.... hmmm had she already gone to the Avery's then? Was she on her way outta there? not on her way out there?
As for the voicemail.... a vm could have been deleted, we will never know. The call was very short though, so I think he just hung up.
GZ's behavior doesn't surprise me. Most people in that neck of the woods do not like LE. If the guy was an alcoholic (which is common in the area) I could see him have had a case of beer before LE contacted him.
