On one hand it seems they are really reaching based on the evidence found at MB but on the other hand they really do need to make an example of him IMO. With further digging, it does sound like he was expanding his product line and people were intrigued by the AP novelty. And he wasn't licensed to sell them. Busted!
I don't see anything particularly outrageous about any of this. It's a good PR move. Looks good on paper. They really needed some results and an action item. Kumbaya... *advertiser censored*.

AP and LV shooting... no direct cause and effect, no. But if you were on stage and somebody handed you a rabbit in a hat, what would you do? [emoji195]
Not that the feds care what anyone thinks but I am sure there was internal directive to find something, anything!

So are we now merely looking at a squeaky clean hotel which observed all health and safety rules and procedures with adequate escape routes from concert, good access for medical personnel and enough security staff and a very messy PD?
Is that all we have?
Await his autopsy from a coroner who is reluctant to release it for reasons known only to himself, and a full report that may come by next Christmas?
I feel as though we are all being horribly manipulated and the victims disrespected.

Yes!!! There is so much to this post I don't want to snip it so I can find it and reread later.
There are some things that stand out in the report to me but the only story they are telling is what SP or whomever (MB) left in the room to be told. They left laptops with child *advertiser censored*! They left cell phones like, here is your storyline, run with this and MSM has done just that. But the real story is certainly in the destroyed laptop and the cellphone they can't unlock. He only used tape on the cameras of that cell. He only destroyed the hard drive of one laptop.
It made me laugh that he valet parked because guys with bags of ammonium nitrate do that.
MD, nothing to see there. Yeah right. The only picture i have seen of them together is in what we believe is her family's home.
I learned one thing after MH370, when they all point this way it's because they don't want you to look the other way.
