And, there were officers already inside (or close) to the hotel. Did they wait for the makeshift squad??

Some police officers had already been inside the Mandalay Bay building responding to another, unrelated call when the attack happened, Roberts said."

http://www.latimes.com/nation/la-na-las-vegas-guard-20171010-story.html

An officer reported he was on the 31st floor a couple minutes after the the shooting begin and that the shooter was on the 32nd. The Mandalay Bay security officer informed MB security that he had been shot. That office sent it's own armed security team and informed the police. It seems likely they would tell the police at the hotel and those officers were already responding when the shooter opened fire on the concert.

That would also explain why we don't hear the dispatcher call for officers to respond to the security guard being shot. Officers on the scene were already responding.

another thing.... wouldn't the fact that MB accepted SP giving MLD's ID card at check-in be a HUGE liability issue for the hotel? similar to my bank asking for ID and I presented someone else's but they just said, OK it's not your ID but we'll cash that check for you anyway.

So was using MLD's Id card on check-in part of his plan to confuse the hotel on 'who was actually in the room'?????

I did not realize this but it is huge imo

From GMA report posted . I did not realize that the employee badge and service elevator access allowed him to avoid hotel security in the lobby

the reason why it has made no sense , in terms of being able to ride in dirty stinking elevator as some perk is cause it not why

That like giving a customer of yours who is on his or her 12 Mercedes purchase from your dealership a bike if the car needs maintenance!

We appreciate your business and have we got a big thank you card silly silly

It was to avoid security they just reported.

Who has employee badges? Employees. How do guests get employee badges? Employees hand them to guests who are not supposed to have them?

Logically speculating

thats funny !

I do not think too many are not understanding that this will take time .

Having an alive witness that is coherent who can report what happened first and second is just not a big idea

It kinda seems to me moo a lot of folks are glossing over the stare in our face truth was him reporting the timeline , a lie, has done what he lied about -- make the FBI need to know why his dept failed so miserably in that first hour

It was imo a cya lie -- and that is not acceptable . --

Under his leadership the FBI is investigating the people he supervises, his dept, for all sorts of felonies -- we have an issue

You have a great point as to why things didn't gel more quickly in that first hour. I'm not sold the department lied or that it failed miserably.

People bring tons of suitcases . That is why hotels have those huge dollies for suitcases. I think nothing of it. At the international terminal in Tm Bradley you see people with a lot of cardboard boxes as well.
The thing about Vegas is it's not a "long term vacation destination" for most. I would look twice if I saw a boatload of suitcases going up if it wasn't a bellman bringing them. I'd wonder wtf. Most people are only around for a weekend or week at most. JMO

Which makes me wonder a few things...
1. Was she there upon check in?
2. When did she take off to Philippines?
3. Did SP slip someone $$ to "look the other way?"

I've worked at hotels. This is a HUGE no no. You'd be fired if caught. Key word is caught

There are conventions and exhibitors in Vegas all the time. I personally wouldn’t find several bags odd.

I think they are in trial balloon mode!

Media already losing interest!

Friday fav day for news dump everyone leaves !!!

If it fades enough they can just be quiet for longer periods of time

Just like in the Rhoden massacre.

Know nothing about firing guns but with the stuff I saw I just cant imagine one shooting window as being quite ample

But the rule out on this notion is that for Chicago one he booked two as well

Sounds awful I looked up Chicago it would have been IMO worse just by the way it was laid out

It would have been like a bowling allay the hotel was really really close

As time has passed and more learned I think the other reservations did not happen is because there was much to get together
and coordinate.

The facts learned last night about the airport across from are bone chilling

I hope they will release where he got the
tenatninte stuff . The fertilizer stuff makes sense
I wonder if Vegas was picked due to proximity to his home and or time constraints.
Nevada to Chicago is no short drive because we know he couldn't bring his arsenal through TSA. So he'd be in for one long road trip

Finally

In this report the problems between the two agencies is being reported on

Apparently the FBI is not fond of the Sheriff impeding the investigation

so many of our concerns --have just been taken off this wild conspiracy junket -- and have been properly and firmly placed in the fact column.

-as reported by ABC news

impeding

Oh there is a ton of this. On the police scanner it also says AFTER the "shooter" is confirmed dead that 3 black vans will be escorted down frank Sinatra Blvd to the airfield. High incident project also "predicted" this.

I have asked before and I will ask again. WHAT would the motive be for LE to claim one shooter when there were more? I can't wrap my head around why they would hide this fact, if in fact it is true.

Las Vegas shooter's home broken into despite intense FBI, police interest

http://www.foxnews.com/us/2017/10/1...into-despite-intense-fbi-police-interest.html

A Nevada home the Las Vegas shooter used as a stash house for handguns, shotguns and a “plethora of ammunition” was burglarized last weekend in a stunning security breach, and comes as federal and state authorities say they're still sweeping the scene for clues.

This brings up a decent point that hasn't been picked up on.

Folks are assuming that he made one trip with a bunch of bags up to his hotel room. Since we now know via the Sheriff that he was there since the 25th, and had been seen closer to home in the upcoming days, it stands to reason that he was actively traveling back and forth from his home to the hotel. Potentially because he couldn't transport everything on one go, or maybe to lessen the likelihood of setting off red flags if he were pulled over, for instance. This, of course, assumes the retirement center folks weren't mistaken about him being there for a meal that week.

And I've answered this question before. :)

One possibility would be they are trying to not spook the other shooter(s) as their investigation goes on, while they determine their identity.

And I want to know why LVMPD, FBI, someone wasn't there providing security on the home/planning area of the worst mass shooting in US history.

Yes, you did reply with this scenario before. That seems like a weak possibility. Conspiracy theorists, what do you think?

There should be 24 hr round the clock security on this home. When there is a crime scene anywhere else, it's taped off and a guard out front..red flag for me.

The idea that they are not getting along is attributed to "sources" and there have been so much wrong info attributed to anonymous sources.

As it relates to TOS ABC news is MSM -- SUPER DUPER msm!!

Our concerns are now facts as reported by an internationally acclaimed news agency that has been reporting news since the 50's if not earlier!!

The fact that it what reported that the Sheriff was quite pis#ed when the FBI ordered him to go public about his lie - and he was very unhappy about being forced to be honest with the American public - might be further support --there not taking their lunches together! moo

Why do you believe that is a weak possibility? If you are pretty sure there was more than one person involved, but didn't know who they were, would you announce to the public that you absolutely know there was another shooter that wears a size medium Second Chance ballistic vest, enjoys bagels and Perrier, and whatever else (just as an example of things PD might know)? Giving them a chance to get to a non-extradition country as quickly as possible? Refusing to consider this possibility makes me believe you're not actually interested in reasonable possibilities, but want something outlandish to point at and say "Oh, conspiracy theorist!"

So people who were there and report multiple shooters are conspiracy theorists? Again, it's quite an insult when the public discounts people who were actually there. I posted before but there are 2 people that stand out to me right now. Rocky Palermo and Gio Rios.
Look them up. Then ask yourself how a man (Rocky), can be hit while running horizontally in the pelvis, from a shot 32 floors above him. And how inside the Tropicana on the casino floor shots were fired and Gio was running for his life.

Do some digging. I'm sure there's more.
