It ends with two single shots first one on 3:25, second few moments later. Didnt see any other videos ending with audible single shots

Also they keep mentioning the glass falling down from Mandalay bay

That seems pretty off the wall and random to me to suspect a Mandalay security guard may have gotten out of his security clothes, not been missed at work, gained entry to a ticket-only event, walked around with a woman who was telling people who would not get out of the way so that she could shove her way to the front of the stage that they were going to die, not be recognized by any concert security even when escorted out, go back and change into security clothes (again while not being missed at work), and within about 30 minutes get shot in the hall - all because he is Hispanic and was at work in the hotel the shooter was in.

That sounds almost...unbelievable.

This story has been debunked over and over again in MSM as well as on these threads. WaPo has a running link of viral hoaxes , misinformation , and fake news surrounding the massacre. The application process also subjects the applicant to both state and federal background checks. Though there is nothing in SP's background that would have revealed his intentions, he probably did not want the scrutiny- especially if the end result was still going to be "permit denied" or "application permanently shelved".

I'm not putting words in your mouth. The only reason you gave was that he was Hispanic and in the vacinity. From there I tried to put together what steps would have had to be taken. Yes, they get breaks, but generally a 15 minute break or 30 minute max for lunch. He had to be at the end of 2nd shift or beginning of 3rd shift most likely, not covering a lunch break.

Plus, the people you are speaking of were deep in the crowd attempting to get to the stage. How long would it take to wait in line, present tickets, get armband, and wade through a crowd of 22,000 people to get toward the front where the stage is?

You presented a possible theory and I am simply testing that theory. If you present one here you should be prepared for others to test your theory.

Why is there private security outside of his home? Usually people who are fearful of something hire security. They don't know where the guy was 6 mins before or after? Which can be tracked. Do they know where he was 45mins before? Who knows. All MOO

There are a lot of unstable people out there who may believe outrageously untrue innuendo and conspiracy theories about him being somehow nefariously involved and may want to harm him.

There are some that refuse to accept MSM and believe that fake news is real news when in reality only fake news is fake news. If people choose to only believe fake news and conspiracy theories, they could truly set out to harm this person. Remember the armed man who did just that surrounding " pizza gate?" (Insert eye roll) If I were him, I would have security as well.

Things are really scary out there and fake news and conspiracy theories are not harmless. They are actually very harmful and dangerous. I mean, someone created an actual fake CNN to state he was the second shooter. And people believed it for a minute.

I agree that there is a lot to be asked and answered re: J.C. , I am hopeful that the FBI is fully on board and taking care of that. I also wonder if the private security is not provided by the Union? It would not be the first time ... I remember a Union I worked for providing private security for my co-workers
( factory /production workers ) during a strike. I was not affected or directly involved because I worked in the office. It was very chaotic / tense situation for everyone involved. However, security provided was only for the jobsite ( Crossing picket line), it did not extend to their residence.

Not a gun person but for the life of me in my mind he had machine guns - lord what else would they have needed!!

The hotel is not a state entity and is private property. Therefore, in theory, they can legally ask to search any luggage brought in for any reason in much the same way that a store can inspect backpacks etc. In practice, however, hotels simply don't ask to search baggage unless there is direct evidence of large scale theft. .

I don't know what rights a store / hotel has if the person refuses to allow the search. It might vary with each state. In either case, such a person would probably then become a trespasser and could be barred.

A trespasser if they are a guest? I don't know how that works, and you are right, it probably varies state to state... My mind is a little creeped out now, when I think of all the times, I have been in hotels, in the bar , lobby, computer room, gym , pool etc. Feeling totally relaxed, watching with no particular interest as full carts of luggage, baggage strolled by or remained in one spot for hours!! Since Sept. 11, in any other environment, luggage, bags, purses, even diaper bags have commanded immediate and extra attention.
( Sometimes even getting checked/ blown up by robots )
Yet, even as I type this, I know if I were at that hotel, I would have no fear, or alarm at any amount of luggage. As a regular customer, I would not be concerned with a 60ish white guy walking with/ ahead of a bellboy with lots of bags. It is not my nature to be that concerned with a stranger, who for all I know could have 3 wives, and 18 kids in the parking lot! There is also a comfort level that I was used to in a hotel ( home away from home) .
Unfortunately, I know I will never be able to possess that level of comfort in any hotel environment.
Before this incident, as a mom of 4 who consistently overpacks, it would irk and appaul me if someone were that concerned with mine...
These are very scary and chilling times we are living in, I think we all know how much things will change...[emoji22]
